Taking down chowkat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from frame) size area n.exc1.50 sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Taking down chowkat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from frame) size area exc 1.5sqm but n.exc4.0 sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

S & F Factory made single extruded WPC (wood polymer composite) solid door/window/ceosetory windows & other frames/chowkkat of size 45x85 mm comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension grade), calcium caronate and natural fibers (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with mmiter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full dody threaded star headed SS screws having minimum density of 750 kg/cum screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 58 N/mm2 , modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of class A category of being termite / borer proof, water / moiture proof and fire retardant and fixed in positin with suitable MS hold fast /lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

S & F Factory made single extruded WPC (wood polymer composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30 mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension grade), calcium caronate and natural fibers (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum nd screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2 , odulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of class A category of being termite / borer proof, water / moiture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required ie with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS screws, all as per direction of engr-in-charge complete all as directed

S&F 300mm long Aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

S&F 200mm long Aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

S&F 100 mm long Butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

S&F 150 mm long Aluminium handles, cast type, anodised , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Taking up or down GI steel /CPVC water tubing 15 mm bore and connection, including cleaning for refixing or remove to site. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Taking up or down GI tubing/CPVC 20/25 mm bore and connection, including cleaning for refixing or remove to site. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.
