M&L for Boring under roads / pavement / hardstanding without disturbing the top surface by trench less technology using necessary machine including supplu & inserting HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure for passing through the cables complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Necessary infrastructure reqd for boring shall be arranged by the Contractor at his own cost.

M&L for making connection from existing 150 / 200 bore CI / GI water pipe line by providing mild steel two piece half round clamp fabricated with 150 mm wide & 5 mm thick mild steel flat bend to shape welding 25 mm size socket, including nut bolt, rubber packing, drilling hole in existing pipe line & painting of clamp with anti corrosive paint complete.

Material and labour for construction of valve chamber of size 900 x 900 x 900 mm deep (Over all internal dimension) for sluice valve etc. with PCC foundation, PCC block masonry walls, Plastering, PCC Coping, white washing, mild steel chamber cover, painting to chamber cover including Excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified below:-

(i) Cement concrete for foundation (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 150 mm thick extended up to 150 mm beyond the outer face of block masonry.

(ii) Walls of valve chamber 200 mm thick with precast cement concrete (1:5:8) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid building blocks , setting in CM 1:6 complete.

(iii) Internal and exposed surfaces of valve chamber both concrete and block masonry surface shall be plastered with CM (1:4), 15 mm thick finished even and smooth.

(iv) 50 mm thick coping in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 over block masonry wall.

Item No 23 contd……. (v) Entire plastered surfaces shall be treated with 3 coat of white wash.

(vi) Chamber cover shall be of 3 mm thick MS sheet with 30 x 30 x 5 mm size angle iron frame with hold fast and locking arrangement. steel surface shall be painted with two coats of synthetic paint of first quality over one coat of red oxide primer.

(a) Aluminium bus bar of rated capacity 100 Amps covered with PVC insulated sleeves, including insulator, nuts, bolts etc incl connection complete. = 01 set
