Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out hard and dense soil and getting out complete all as specified. Note:- Area of surface dressing and surface excavation are not payable simultaneously.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.50 m in depth for foundation, drain etc. and getting out in hard / dense soil, complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation, drain etc. and getting out in soft / disintegrated rock , complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m wide and exc 1.5 m but n. exc. 3 m in depth for foundation, drain etc. and getting out in Hard / Dense soil including integrated rocks / stones etc complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material soil/rocks exc. 50m , depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material hard/dense soil exc. 1.5km but n. exc 5KM , depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm,in hard/dense soil including removing of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Roughening surfaces of old Concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust complete all as specified.

PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, and as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, Benching, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, saucer drain(including finishing top surface of drain even and smooth without using extra cement), water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, and similar work including use & waste of necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel upto 60 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds, mitred / stopped ends complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Transporting earth / soil form source as approved by GE with in 15 Km periphery of place of execution and filling in floors / low laying area in layers, ramming watering and compacting each layer throughly to the required slope, gradient and height / level of earth filling complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The cost of earth in deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs, drain, manholes, septic tanks and set in cement mortar 1:4 including use & waste form work for even & smooth surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately under relevant Item(s).

Mild steel CRS bars 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Stone masonry walling or squared walling in cm 1:6, brought upto courses using dressed same size Porbandar stone of superior quality complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all specified and directed.

Cutting in to existing bitumen Road Surfaces of road wide upto 6m, including removal of Top wearing coat , WBM and soling etc, cutting upto 1.5m wide & 1.5m deep and making good the surfaces with same specification as existing, including provision of matching wearing coat, WBM and earth/Moorum filling, well ramming (compacting) including watering after laying of hume pipe and removing surplus soil n. exc 50 m complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Hume pipe, bedding and haunching shall be measured and paid Separately.

RCC Hume pipe NP-2, 300mm dia, jointed with collars in cement mortar 1:1,laid in trenches and tested for leakage complete all as specified and as directed .

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes of 300mm bore after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

Hard core (broken stone or boulders) of gauge n. exc. 63 mm , deposited, spread and levelled in layers n. exc. 15 cm thick, watered, rolled and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) laid in alternate bays including finishing surfaces of concrete with brooming complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with preformed bituminous filler and top 30 primed and sealed with sealing compound grade 'A' thickness of concrete slab to be 100mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 20cmx20cmx25mm thick set over & including 20 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) with neat cement and pointed in grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified.

PCC 1:3:6 type C 2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete or drain foundation complete all as specified and directed.

15 mm thick rendering in cm 1:4 on stone masonary surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of complete (with grey cement and pigment) over and including 50 mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel rolled or hollow sections such as in main and cross beams, hip and Jack rafters, purlins, where connected to common rafters and running rails etc fixed with angle cleats or flat iron clamps or other connecting arrangements complete Fe 410 -W (Gde E- 250) quality A, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

High tensile galvalume sheets colour coated single skin high rib / multi rib TMP Profile Galvalume sheeting in roof having 1000-1020 mm width 28 mm high crest @ maximum 250 mm pitch (centre to centre) and minimum 190mm manufactured out of 0.50 mm TCT (total coated thickness) cold rolled steel, having yield strength 550MPa minimum and wall coated with 25 micron modified polyester paint system applied on Zincalume on top and with back coating on sheet shall be 7-10 micron epoxy paint. The sheet shall be supplied in length maximum upto 6-12 meters long to suit with structural dimensions and fixed with self tapping screws with built in gasket (with bitumen washer) of suitable size machine fixed as per manufacturer instructions and applying adhesive compound to joint overlap of sheets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced Cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs supported on bearings, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

Use & waste of formwork to sides and soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs and similar work; not exc 200 mm thick , rough finished surfaces of concrete, (horizontal or sloping), complete all as directed.
