Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old Tarfelt of exiting water proofing treatment on RCC roof surfaces including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. including removing debris out site of MD land complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course/ roof padding with & including water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement , surfaces finished even and fair on roof / chajjas etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cutting grooves in stone/brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of concrete surfaces for applying bituminous primer (conforming to IS : 3384-1965 ) @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces ( Ist coat for bonding material below membrane and IInd coat on top of membrane. Each coat shall be measured and paid seperately) complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying Atactic polypropylene modified polymeric standard membrane of minimum 3 mm thickness, weight not less than 3kg/sqm, made out of 90 micron high density polyethylene (ATACTIC POLY PROPYLENT BASED) laid on primed surface by forced application and finally finished with aluminium paint @ 0.20 litre per sqm complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1: 2:4 Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, coping and similar works, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 15 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4 with & including water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, on concrete surfaces while concrete surface is green on roof, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparing new surfaces of roof and applying two coats of Polyurethene (PU) acrylic based Water proofing liquid compound over and including a coat of diluted elastomeric self primer and reinforcement fabric sheet as per manufacturer's instruction to stop leakage/seepage from roof/wall complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note for iten Ser No 01.00 to 11.00 :- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/ structure of any height.

Taking up or down steel tubing of 15 mm bore pipe and connection including cleaning for re-fixing, removal to store or taking in credit complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing of 20 mm bore pipe and connection including cleaning for re-fixing, removal to store or taking in credit complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from overhead water tanks of any capacity and from mouths of circulating pipe etc including cleaning, dismantling & refixing at same or other place complete all as specified and directed by E-in- Charge.

Supply and fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of capacity 500 ltrs (Cylindrical vertical with closed top), triple layer construction, ISI marked hoisted & fixed in position including GI light grade, over flow pipe 450mm and waste pipe 600mm long with all fitting etc. of 20 mm dia including dismantling/taking out of old water tank of having capacity exceeding 250 Ltr but not exceeding 500 Ltr & removing to site etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of capacity 1000 ltrs (Cylindrical vertical with closed top), triple layer construction, ISI marked hoisted & fixed in position including GI light grade, over flow pipe 450mm and waste pipe 600mm long with all fitting etc. of 20 mm dia including dismantling/taking out of old water tank of having capacity exceeding 500 Ltr but not exceeding 1000 Ltr & removing to site etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs tank cover black (with arrangement for locking) of water storage tank of any capacity complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs Gun-metal, globe or gate valves of 20mm bore with half turn lever arm /iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Demolition and breaking up 100/150 mm bore Asbestos Cement / PVC / CI drain pipes, soil , waste and rain water pipes etc set in cement mortar, from walls or in floors, including connections and fittings complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls including clamps and other fixing accessories complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing PVC (SWR) bend any radius, of 110 mm bore complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for mild steel bands,straps, supports or stays for rain water, ventilating pipes, including bolts, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs Stop valves 15 mm bore, cast copper alloy screwed down high presure, with crutch of butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Demolition of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and fixing Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work (600mm X 600 mm) including hangers, ceiling cleats of GI and expansion hold fastners for false ceiling complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 10 mm thick PVC insulation panel with EPS struck to 1 mm plain PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid made of Aluminium /GI/M.S as per specification complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and removing from site complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of old unserviceable, rusted, broken (corrugated/semi corrugated, etc.) CGI/AC/ Fibre glass sheets in ridge and roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and fixing steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply & fixing Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and fixing Mild steel, plain black sheet 0.8 mm thick in hearths; covering to door shutters; covering to door chowkats (frames); chullah hoods; waters tanks; water troughs; ducts; urinal troughs and funnels, etc. cut to size, edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40mm lap joints or welded/riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required including dismantling of old unserviceable valley gutters complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs 20mm dia bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe [Minimum weight for 20mm – 210 gms] complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below/above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, sub base filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Material & labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course for laying floor finishes, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Material & labour for screed bed/ bedding layer 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes etc, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching using pigment to match the shade complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Material & labour for 10 to 12 mm thick vitrified unglazed and unpolished, scratch resistant, matt finished coloured tiles (square/rectangular) of size not less than 400mm x 400mm as in parking/hardstanding or similar works etc set, jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour/ shades of tiles complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs 18 mm thick solid PVC ply of 1st quality of one side prelaminated of approved colour and one side white colour fixed with screwes, solvent cement /adhesive to make kitchen cabinate and cup board shutters complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs 18mm thick PVC coated ply of grade 1 quality of both side white colour fixed with screwes , solvent cement /adhesive to making of furniture /wall panelling/ CBs shutters etc. complete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs 12mm thick PVC coated ply of grade 1 quality of both side white colour fixed with screwes, solvent cement /adhesive to making of furniture /wall panlling/ CBs shutters etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs Magnet catch for Cup board or cabinet shutters complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 sqm but not exceeding 2 sqm each complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing Solid PVC Double door frame of size 50mm x 95mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. tube, fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutters 28 to 30 mm thick (stiles) with particle board core, with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick 3D wood grain Moulded PVC Sheet Polyurethane painted on the front face & 2mm Plain colour PVC Sheet on back face, and fixing in opening complete all as specified, shown in product drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing stainless steel barrel tower bolt of size 200 mm of extruded section & fixed in positions complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide primer of same make complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for pre painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tansile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges hips, valley gutters etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
