Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal to store yard complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tanks exc 250 ltr but not exc 500 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if reqd) Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks and form mouths of circulating pipes, etc reconnecting and re-fixing the same in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 14.00 here-in-above, but tank capacity exc 500 ltr but not exc 1000 ltr,

Dismantling of existing water tanks (PVC/RCC/AC) exc 250 ltr but n. exc 500 ltr capacity and removing from site complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 500 ltr capacity rotational moulded polythene water storage tank of white color (cylindrical vertical with closed top three layer) hoisted and fixed in position incl 20mm dia bore ball valve PTMT high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 18.00 here-in-above, but capacity of 1000 ltr

Demolition of cement concrete of any descrption and in any position not otherwise specially provided for and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 mix type B-0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in padding finishing surface of concrete topping even and fair (without using extra cement) all as specified of average thickness 40mm and laid in in slope 1:40 over roof all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plastering in CM (1:3) on concrete roof surfaces with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L water proofing treatment of roof surfaces with one coat of bitumen primer T-10/polymerised grade conforming to IS-3384 @ 3.30 Kg/Sqm and one coat of bonding material using blown type bitymen confirming to IS-702 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm applying water proofing treatment on roof surfaces as 3mm thick APP modified membrane (min 3.0 Kg weight/Sqm) with non-woven polyster reinfircement/mat centre core with mineral gravel finish on upper side of membrane Bitumen with overlaps 100mm on side lap (length side) and 100mm on end lap (the width side) as per manufacturer's instructions as specified.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI Marked complete complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 with WPC on brick masonry/concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement up to 10.0 mtr height complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seprately.

Material and labour for two coats of cement base paint over one coat of alkali resistance primer on newly plastered surfaces of walls including necessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in platform to PVC water tanks and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for squared rubble walling Jodhpur type regular course well bonded bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum deprssion to face stones with maximum depression on fce from a straight edge not exc 20 mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared tubble walling, regular coursed, Jodhpur type

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering, in 5 mm thick CM 1:4 with WPC over 10 mm thick CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seprately.

Removing & Cleaning of existing loose concrete carefully by low impact high frequency hammer OR by manual chipping without damaging the existing good concrete or controlled sand blasting including cleaning the surfaces by air jet etc. and removing demolished material outside MOD land complete.(Mode of measurement - breaking area of concrete )

Scrapping out / removing corrosion/ scale / rust etc from reinforcement applying rust remover on steel surface and after removal of rust then applying one coat of styrene butadiene polymerized cement mortar modifier on concrete surface and ensuring no porosity in surface. Make of –/Thermax/chemco system/webacchemicals/STP chemicals/ Redwop chemicals etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note—This item shall be undertaken by the authorized rep of manufacturer. Quoted rate deemed to include the cost of necessary formwork/shuttering/centering/proping etc.

M&L for providing and applying passivating protective matrix on steel and concrete surface forming a continuous film not less than 1 mm of single component and preparing the surface to receive the epoxy grout mortar including providing necessary proportions. Bracing and runners to relieve the members as required and as per design and pattern including preparing the surface to match with the existing surface. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note—This item shall be undertaken by the authorized rep of manufacturer.

M&L for providing upto 50mm thickness one component chloride free thixotropic fibre reinforced polymer modified repair mortar mixed with styrene butydiene polymerized cement mortar modifier or AR for bonding with cementious mortar @ 2% by weight of cement and as per manufacturer's instructions for external or internal surface of RCC /slab /beam /columns/facias/any surface etc. Top surfaces of the plaster shall be finished even and smooth without using extra cement. complete all as specified and as directed. Note—This item shall be undertaken by the authorized rep of manufacturer. After the str rehab work the new surface to be matched the existing surface.

M&L for providing and applying Rheoplastic non shrink (micro concrete) on external or internal surface of RCC roof/floors/ceilings/chajjas /slab/balconies /beam /columns/facias/any surface etc pouring of micro concrete using suitable arrangement or required using pumping device for uniform flow of micro concrete. Including necessary Foam work shuttering as required and can be removed after 3/7 days, ensuring proper bond between the micro concrete and existing concrete surface etc. complete including all tools and tackles as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - Rate quoted shall include for necessary formwork required in the item. Note—this item shall be undertaken by the authorized rep of manufacturer. After the str rehab work the new surface to be matched the existing surface.

M&L providing and filling three components compound (A) graded filler (B) E-Resins (C) thixotropic agents with adjustable consistancy by varying the filler component. RCC/ columns/ beams cracks and similar work after opening up in “V” groove manner covering the area of 300mm from central line of crack with the depth of 25 mm. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note—This item shall be undertaken by the authorized rep of manufacturer.
