Re-winding of 100 HP/75 KW, 415 VAC, 50 Hz, 3-Phase inductin motor of Kirloskar make including unwinding of burnt coils complete from stator and inserting of new coils with approved make of 18 SWG bare electorlytic copper enamelled wire of "H" Class insulation, apply good quality "H" class baking impregnating varnish along with water proof air drying insulating varnish (Bactol), baking etc. in order to provide higher megger values including testing at full load condition as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The above said work includes cost of materials, labour and transportation from/return to Jawahar Sarowar pump house.
