Trial 1 Description :Procurement and Field Trial of Thick Web Switches Without Relief Planning of Tongue R ail, utilizing existing 1 in 12 Thick Web Switches conforming to RDSO Drawing No. T-8780 Alt 4 or lat est Alt. if any with elastic fasteners and spring operated setting device (RDSO-T-6216 with latest alte ration), confirming to IRS specification No. T-10-2025, IRS T-12-2009 for Flat Bottom Rails and IRS of T - 62 2025 for end forging of thick web Asymmetrical rails, including Nylon cord reinforced GRSP wit h confirming to IRS Specification T-55-2025 (Rev. 1) or latest if any and supply of all components/fitti ngs listed as per RDSO drawing and excluding Elastic Rail clips, insulating liner etc. ( The Alt. in Draw ings & specification issued by RDSO upto 10 days prior on tender opening date shall be applicable in this tender ) Note : Nylon Cord Reinforced GRSP should only be purchased from RDSO-approved sour ces through process inspection.
