Demolition of cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as directed.

M&L Cement concrete 25 mm thick in type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in sub base all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on bricks, stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.to receive new plaster on old walls

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 16-18mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polished over and incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 in floors finishes

Kota stone slab 16-18 mm thick in skirting and jointed over and incl rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in 1:3

M&L for 16-20mm thick marble work (Makrana white , table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of stone over 15 mm thick cement screed base laid in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified & directed .

Preparing old plastered surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion of any colour complete on Walls, all as specified

Refixing of shutters exc 1 sqm and n. exc 2 sqm each in the same opening (Refixing includes taking down, easing and adjusting & refixing builders hardware as required including renewal of unserviceable screws etc)

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in Hard / dense soil

M&L for PCC in foundation Type-E2 (1:5:10), filling and mass conctere in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pillsters, buttressed columns, pillars, bounday pillars and post (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved in plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 Complete all as specified and directed

Providing precastcement concrete louvres and jallies 25mm thick (measured solid) Type B0 1:2;4 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) set in CM 1:4,, including all mould- ings but excluding frame (Pre cast frame shall be measured separately)

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or sqm concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6

Providing cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in copings , kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

Preparing newly plastered/unplastered surfaces and applying two coats of Appex, super quality (to Exterior surfacesof wall) over a coat of primer, all as specified

Removing excavated soil n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Returning filling in soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer etc. complete and all as specified.
