Restoring functionality through repairs / maintenance of Bore Well No. 24 of department of Agriculture in District Pulwama under implementation of National Mission of Saffron (under Culuster-1 )

SITC of DG Set of 25 KVA SITC of DG sets with standard control panel: DG sets with standard control panel: Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 03 phase, 415 V, 50 Hz silent type DG set having water cooled, turbo charged/ naturally aspirated with inbuilt standard control panel mounted on the DG set within acoustic enclosure, as per following capacities: The DG set unit shall conform CPCB-IV guidelines. The engine and the alternator shall aligned on a common MS based frame with MS fuel tank, residential exhaust silencer, AVM pads fitted on base frame, 01 No. 12v DC battery. The DG set shall be enclosed inside canopy with compact design limiting the noise level up to 75 db at a distance of 01 m. The DG set shall have standard control panel for operation and all accessories to make it a complete functional unit. The job includes HSD cost on account of 10 hrs of testing and comissioning of DG Set.The DG set shall have a minimum 02 Years warrenty from the date of commissioning of the unit. The Job further includes Earthing of DG Set: The generating set and all associated equipment, control and switch gear panels must be chemically earthened before the set is put into operation. Earthing of DG Set shall be of copper conductors strictly as per OEM recommendation and in regulation with Indian Electricity act 1956 and IS: 3034 1987. The firm shall also provide regular maintenance service free of charge as prescribed by the OEM during the warrenty period which is 24 Months, including oil change. However, the charges on account of POL, filters and other consumables shall be borne by the department. 30 KVA ( Capacity at siteL, water cooled) for Bore-well No. 24 ( Pampore District: Pulwama)

Providing and Laying of 3.5 Core 50 mm2 XLPE aluminum armored cable. The Job includes providing and fittings of aluminum thimbles .

Provision for Lowering of Submersible Pump Motor assembly along with all the column pipes along with new steel wire rope after replacing worn out nuts, bolts, washers etc. Checking of suction and delivery of pumping unit, bearing, impeller cleaning, removing of rust and silt, replacement of wornout bearings and water seals.This also includes conducting necessary repairs to the electric circuit .Provsion for supply, fitting ,testing and commissioning of 3-core 10sqmm copper submersible cable including copper thimbles as per site requirement.

Conducting repairs to submersible pumping unit of varying specification by way of shiftng the unit to workshop, dimantaling and extraction of old/ burnt out copper wire from the starter and complete rewinding with new copper wire of specific gauge and size as per the sample.The job also includes providing and fitting of required bearings and mechanical seals 02 No. in place of extracted old damaged ones. The job includes providing and fitting of Gun metal bushes and Stainless steel sleeves for all the stages. The job further includes reassembling of pump stages, coupling of motor with pump and shifting it back to site and testing on full load as per the requirement.

Supply, fitting ,testing and commissioning of 3-core 6sqmm copper submersible cable including copper thimbles as per site requirement.

Supply, Instalation, Testing and comissioning of 65mm Flanged G.I bends = 04 No's. The job includes providing and fitting of nut, bolts, washers and rubber gaskets of required specifications. All the required tools and tackles are to arranged by the firm.

Provision for Redevelopment of the Bore well schemes in accordance with IS-11189(1985) to establish maximum rate of usable water yield with required capacity air compressor. The Job includes targeted/ continuous delivery of compressor air at different depths/slots of casing pipe, till the desired quality and impoved discharge of water is obtained from the well. The job is to be carried out using Air compressor of pressure rating 1100psi with a delivery of 300cfm. The job also includes hiring, running charges of air compressor, tools and accessories etc.The job also includes providing and shrouding of Pea size gravel ( Approx :2 Cum /well ) as per the site requirement.

Installation, testing and Commissioning of complete Bore well scheme segment wise for a minimum period of 7 days which includes testing of 32 mm ND LLDPE pipe as lateral lines 32 mm Compression fittings like end caps, tee's, joiner, bends and Rotating Head Mini Sprinklers with MS risers, Vinyl tubings, stake assemblies. The job includes cutting, punching and lying of LLDPE Pipe as per site requirement and testing of one Segment. Further the job includes dismantling and proper stacking of lateral lines (LLDPE pipe network) including compression fitting and sprinkler assembly after successful testing of Bore well scheme. Fuel, necessary POLs for testing, operation of D.G Set, Pumps (Submersible and Horizontal) and monitoring of Pump house during operation is to be provided and arranged by the Firm.

Providing and fitting of MS flat 35 x5 mm by the way of welding with the J -Jooks to secure the CGI sheds from damaging.

Repairs to existing CGI shed at site which includes repairs to CGI door, CGI roofing/ covering , locking system by way welding, fasteners etc.

Provision for bush cutting near the vicinity of Bore-well/ DG Set Shed and CGI Shed/ Pump Housing.

video recording and phototgraphy of day to day activities during execution and testing of Saffron work as per site requirement. The firm shall provide vedio recordings/ still photographs of saffron work in a Fresh Pen drive of 8GB (01No.), including post card size colour printed copies of Geo tag photographs on photo paper (minimum 20No's)

Complete Round the Clock Watch and ward including Material Handling and Storage of all the material/inventory (both Departmental and Supplied by firm) at site during and after execution of work till its final handover/takeover with intending department (Agriculture Department).
