Engagement of unskilled workman (1 no. Listed) for 10 months including all benefits for different jobs as mentioned in Scope of work & as per direction of the EIC. Category I. Note: - i) In case of absent from duty by any worker on working day / Holiday, necessary deduction will be made from monthly bill as per prevailing norms for different categories. ii) Mandays means physical attendance & CL if any & Holiday if any. iii) Rates are including all benefits, PF & Bonus. Cost of Supply/Hire charges of necessary tools & tackles - to be supplied in consultation with Utilizer Dept./BTPS. Payment will be made on submission of valid cash memo, challan etc.

Annual Cost of PPE & Liveries (on reimbursement basis at actual) for 04 nos. workers - Category I & II. For each worker; soap (06 nos. per month), Duster (04 nos. per year), Helmet (once in two year, Safety shoe (01 pair in 2 year), Gumboot (01 pair per year),Hand gloves (01 pair per month), Nose guard (02 nos. per month) to be supplied in consultation with Fire & Safety Dept., HR & A Dept., and Utilizer Dept., BTPS.

Hiring of potted plants, flowers plant of different varieties with earthen pots well burnt with silt inside and bottom of 250 mm dia.

Supply of seedling of seasonal flowers of best quality at site and planting the same including cost of seedling and labour all complete for summer season & other season for inside Plant & BTPS Gangotri Guest House as directed by EIC. Payment will be made after submission of authentic bill and certified by user dept.

Cost of Fuel & lubricant for operation 02 Nos. Lawn mower on as and when required basis as directed by EIC. One operation means: Either cleaning of Guest House Lawns - once or cleaning of inside Plant Lawns - once Payment will be made after submission of authentic bill/invoice of fuel & lubricant and the same is to be certified by user dept.

Cost of GPA Insurance Policy Premium for 02 years against 10 Nos worker. Category-I , II & III.

Supplying and stacking of good earth (adequate for Horticulture work) at site including royalty (earth measured in stack will be reduced by 20% for payment)

Supplying and Planting of different plant / trees (Supplying well grown plants bushy and healthy, minimum height as specified i.e. exposed height including all leads & lift, carriage, handling, manuring, applying presticide and fertilizer etc. Like Segun, Mehagini, Sal, Mango, Jam, jack-fruits, Guava etc. variety as directed by EIC to facilitated the different programme like "Aranya-Saptaha" "Environment Day" etc.

Supply of Herbicides like Roundup or Paraquat or any other approved brand as per direction of EIC including carriage at site. (Each Bottle should contain minimum 2 liter and maximum 5 Liter) Payment will be made after submission of authentic bill/invoice & certified by user dept.

Maintenance Cost including supply of machine parts & cutting blades for 02 nos. Honda make Lawn Mower machine on as & when required basis as per direction of EIC. [for 2 years] Payment will be made after submission of authentic bill & certified by the user dept.

Miscellaneous items from page No. 01 to 315 of WBPWDSOR (Building works) & items from Page No. 01 to Page No. 124 of WBPWDSOR (Sanitary and Plumbing works) not covered above mentions items.
