Dismantling of floor hearth and wall tilling incl cement mortar bedding(but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specifed and directed

Material and labour for vitrified tiles (light shade ) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed with epoxy grouted with suitable pigment (mixed with white cement )to match the colour of tiles complete all as specifed and directed

Material and labour for non-skid ceramic tiles, coloured (of approved shade and design), 7 to 8mm thick, of superior quality, square / rectangular 400mmx400mm x7mm thick (area exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm) , as in floors, etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed mixed with colouring pigment to match shade of tiles laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for glazed ceramic tiles, coloured (light colour as approved), of size 300x 600 x7mm/ 350x250mm x 7mm / 450X 350X 7mm/450x300x7mm /300mmx200mmx7mm thick on vertical surfaces set and jointed in cement slurry over 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specifed and directed

Material and labour granite (as color approved by GE) tiles 20mm -25mmthick machine cut, bedded andjointed with grey cement slurryand pointed with white cementwith admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing with 15mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specifed and directed

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge suach as in steps cooking platform and other similar situations complete all as specifed and directed

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specifed and directed

Demolition of existing APP modified water proofing membrane roof treatment on roof,parapet and side projections including cleaning of surfaces complete all as specifed and directed

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to existing RCC roof slab including preparation of surfaces,side projections, parapet etc comprising with the following course of treatment/ specification from bottom to top complete all as specifed and directed :- (a) Applying oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.20 kg/sqm , over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces,side projections. Providing and laying 3 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane, weight not less than 3.0 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric of weight not less 150 gms per sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree centigrate , longitudinal tensile strength not less than 800N/sqcm, tearing strengh of 180N by tourch -on-application incl min 10cm side overlap & 15cm end laps and applying a tack coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over the membrane @1.20kg/sqm including cleaning surfaces (b) Over the membrane finishing with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10kg/Sqm
