M&L for post construction Anti Termite Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) at the rate of 0.50 litres per hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same to match with the existing finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting holes in brick/stone walls built in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as required including making good as per its original specification without any extra cost, exc. half brick but not exc. one brick thick (Depth of embedded portion of holdfasts or lugs measured from the face of the jamb into the wall).

S&F Second class hard wood kiln seasoned, plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made 35 mm thick second class hard wood plain framed panelled door shutter (any number of panels) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12mm thick veneered particle boards with commercial veneering on both face the size of rail and style as per IS - 1003 (Part I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated and fixed to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made 35 mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skeleton door shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass, guage etc edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing guage etc size of members of shutter as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 8.24 (a), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, supplied and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made 30 mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skeleton window shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass, guage etc edge of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing guage etc size of members of shutter as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 8.24 (b), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 25mm thick Flush shutter with solid core construction with block board core and ply wood face panels commercial type on both sides including exposed surfaces finished with external teak wood lipping, 6mm thick fixed with nails complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.90mm thick decorative laminate type 1 of surface finish, colour and pattern as approved, fixed with approved adhesive as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window / Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non-toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 Kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/sqmm, modules of elasticity 900 N/sqmm and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: MS hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash fasteners shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non-toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 Kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/sqmm, modulus of elasticity 850 N/sqmm and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer -In- Charge. Note: Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary SS screws shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate ‘Z’ sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings (where applicable) and/or the directions of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Kitchen cabinet with shutter complete in required sizes made out of 18 mm thick PVC board with one side decorative and other side white balancing lamination fixed with screws and adhesive, screws of 5.5 mm. All the edges shall be covered with 2 mm thick PVC edge bonding tape of 90 degree edge bend finish as per make and specification complete all as specified and as directed.

All same as per serial item No. 27 here-in-above, but both sides white lamination in CB shelves, partitions, sides, etc.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement conctere 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, hard standing, etc, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid with an outward slope of 1:40 in alternative bays not exceeding 2.5 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising 1 part of heated bitumen Blown grade any penetration and 3 parts of sand (all by weight). M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed/ plaster. (ii) Colour of tiles shall be got approved from GE before incorporation in the work.

M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick granite slab (Jet Black) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, wash basin counter and the like, set in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing any type & any capacity water storage tank fixed in any description and S&F new 500 litres capacity (white colour) rotational moulded polythene water storage tank, (cylindrical vertical with close top) triple layer colour white both inside and outside with top cover hoisted and fixed in position where ordered and making necessary connections for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed.

M&L for providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs / sunken floors consisting of & including the following :- (a) After preparation of surfaces, apply first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with Acrylic Polymer TAPCRETE P 151 of CICO Chemicals @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) Laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) Third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with Acrylic Polymer TAPCRETE P 151 of CICO Chemicals and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. (d) Provide oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm and provide minimum 3mm thick plain APP based modified polymeric water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt fabric weighing not less than 150 gms/Sqm with over laps 100 mm longitudinal direction (side laps) and 150 mm on the transverse direction (end laps) by thermo-fused torch flame application method as per detailed procedure as directed. Notes : (i) The work shall be carried out only through specialised agency approved by GE. (ii) The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps. (iii) Equivalent product of Fosroc / Dr. Fixit / Pidilite / Sika shall be allowed as per approval of GE.

M&L for application of high build polymer modified cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 6 ltrs SBR latex per bag of cement {Compressive strength after 28 days ≥ 40 N/sqmm (According to ASTM C109)} in small patch work over column/ beams/ ceilings / walls surfaces 20 to 30mm thick in two layers over a coat of bonding agent like Nitobond SBR (1 ltr SBR + 3 Kg cement) applied as per manufacturer’s instructions for height upto 15 metre from average ground level complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- SBR latex chemical shall be measured and paid for separately as ‘Supply only’.
