Dismantling water tanks and removing to store exc 500 & not exc 1000 ltrs, complete all as specified and as diredted.

S&F 500 Ltrs. Capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylinder vertical with class top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified including 20mm bore ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed, complete all as specified and as diredted.

S&F 1000 Ltrs. Capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylinder vertical with class top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified including 20mm bore ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed, complete all as specified and as diredted.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 and n.exc 500 ltrs, setting aside for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing in positiion after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt and using bleaching power etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes exc 250 and not exc 500 litre , complete all as specified and as diredted.

All as item No 04 above but, exc 500 litre and n exc 1000 litte capacity, complete all as specified and as diredted.

S&Fixed in repair 20mm bore ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed, complete all as specified and as diredted.

M&L for Writing letters or figures (block, Roman, Italic or Indian N exc 30 CM high , complete all as specified and as diredted.

M&L for Prepration of existing surfaces like chipping of unsound weak / loose concrete/cover of reinforcement and removal of debries to a designated location (upto full height) block to support the structure proisionally during repair work and maintaining them in positioin till required, complete all specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Scaffolding, debris disposal and enabling items will be paid separately).

M&L for Clean existing reinforcement with wire brush/rotary wire brush to make surface free from rust scales, loose material, diet etc, complete and proving, applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer Sika RustOff-100 or equivalent with a coverage of 350gm/sqm on the existing rebar and allowing it to react with rust for 6 hrs and forma corroson resistant, insoluable and adherant protective layer, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove the rust spalls, with time interval of 1 hour between the coats, complete all as specified and as diredted.

Providing and application of zinc rich epoxy antocorrosive protective coating for rebar corrosion protection system Sika Friazinc R® or equivalent in 2 coats of 0.4 kg/m2. The product should confirm carbonation resistance of 2 mm and bond strength > 1N/mm2 according to ASTM C 882-78, complete all as specified and as diredted.

Making V groove of 10mm wide and 30mm deep or upto the extend of crack present at site over crack line using electricity operated angle grinder with diamond concrete saw blade and cleaning it by air blower. The groove shall be cut on concrete surface along the crack over beam , column, Slab and brick wall to be repaired, complete all as specified and as diredted. Note: Work to be executed by the authorised applicator of manufacturer only.

Sealing of exposed 'V' groove of 10mm wide and 30mm deep with Sikagard 694 F(I) or equivalnt solvent-free, moisture tolerant, thixotropic, two part structural adhesive and epoxy repair mortar cum surface levelling mortar, complete all as specified and as diredted. Note: Work to be executed by the authorised applicator of manufacturers only.

M&L for Drilling & fixing 12mm dia up to 50-75 mm long injection packer in structural members at the interval of 300 mm in staggered manner in reinforced conrete (RC) structural element including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia NRV (Non Returnable Valve) nozzle compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of Grouting Gun. Fix inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy adhesive SikaDur 31 or equivalent to ensure complete sealing and allow curing the system for minimum of 8 Hrs before Grouting including nozzle projections, excess putty, if any, over concrete element by grinding, leveling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Grouting injecting two part, low viscosity, moisture insensitive injection-liquid at damp substrate location, based on high strength epoxy resin Sikadur®-53 UF or equivalent by pressure and using pressure epoxy injector with accessories till nozzle refused to accept the grout including mixing of grout having Mixed Density 1.1 kg/l (at +27°C); Viscosity ~ 500 mPas at +30°C and should comply according to ASTM C 882 and should have below properties. Compressive strength >= 50 N/mm2 (7 days) according to ASTM C 579; Tensile Strength ~ 30 N/mm2 (after 14 days at +30°C cure) (According to ISO 527); Tensile Adhesion Strength >8 N/mm2 (failure in concrete) after 14 days at +30°C cure. Seal the nozzle with Sikagard 694 F (I) or equivalent thixotropic epoxy putty after the refusal of grout material from the nozzle, complete all as specified and as diredted. Note: leakage through other nozzle or cracks are required to be monitored while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any extra cost.

M&L for Drilling & Rebaring of 16mm dia x 160mm deep, complete all as specified and as diredted.

M & L for TMT reinforcement 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape including cranking, hooking etcbinding with mild steel wire not less than 0.90 mm dia (annealed) all as directed , complete all as specified and as diredted.

Providing, mixing & applying two component Epoxy resin concrete Bonding coat on prepared RCC surfaces as per manufacture specification including prepartaion of surface by chipping and throughly cleaning of surface complete whereever required and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge with with Sikadur®-32 LP in consumption of 0.4 kg/m2. The product should comply with ASTM C 881 Type II Grade 2 Class B+C and bond strenghth should be 10 MPa, complete all as specified and as diredted.

M&L for Rebuilding the section of damaged RCC elements to its original size in thickness of 40mm by hand or spray application by Providing and applying Sika MonoTop®-122F single component, fibre reinforced, sulphate resistant, low shrinkage, high performance cementitious structural repair mortar, complete all as specified and as diredted.

M&L for water tight centering and shuttering including bolting, strutting, propping etc. including removal of form work from column, beam, chajja etc. complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Rebuilding the section of damaged RCC elements to its original size or as per consultants recommendation in thickness of 40-100mm by providing and casting with ready to use non shrink, cementitious free flow micro-concrete SikaRep Microcrete-4 or equivalent having compressive strength > 60 N/mm2 (28 days) according to ASTM C 1107-99 including providing and fixing of watertight foam faced finish shuttering of minimum 18mm thickness and supporting formwork, all lead lift, mixing, placing, de-shuttering, levelling the surface by grinding off cementitious slurry or cementitious joints differences if any to satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge and curing.

Supply and apply a stitched, one directional, high strength CFRP fabric SikaWrap® 230C in single layer over girders as per specification after surface preparation by rounding off sharp edges to 25 mm radius and cleaning it properly including thixotropic epoxy based impregnating resin / adhesive Sikadur®-330 (IN) for low density fabric for base and top coat. Wrapping the CFRP fabric to girders at desired orientation using tamping rollers to avoid any air voids etc. and sprinkling sand over it as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. CFRP product used shall have minimum requirements: tensile strength (nominal) = 3800N/mm2; tensile E – modulus = 2.3x105 N/mm2; elongation at break (nominal): 1.7%; fabric design thickness = 0.131 mm.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc, complete all as specified and as diredted.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cm (1:4) with wpc @2% by weight face of conc work to wall surface and the surface is finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as diredted.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick or concrete Surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth, complete all as specified and as diredted.

M&L rendering 5mm thick of cement plaster 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling finished even and smooth(without using extra cement.), complete all as specified and as diredted.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound

M&L for preparation of new plastered/putty surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic distemper including one coat of chalk whiting on plastered surface to prepara-tory to distempering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as diredted.

Preparing new surfaces of ceilings by brooming down or by steel wire brushing and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and as diredted.

M&L applying a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty over plaster surface to prepare the surface even and smooth as per manufacture instruction, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of old wall surface applying one coat of 100% Premium acrylic exterior emulsion paint with silicone additives of required shade additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm, complete all as specified and as diredted.
