Removing the HT/LT UG cables connections of the trolley mounted transformers after the completion of plinth/floor work and shifitng the trolley mounted transformer back the storage shed/bldg of trolley mounted transformer all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : (i) The works includes connection of HT/LT cables of trolley mounted transformers to the cables of HT/LT panels and removing the connections after completion of plinth/floor works all as directed. (ii) Rent of toeing vehicle, labour used, tools used shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Contractor shall take care of transformer while shifting, any damage found while shifting will be rectify by the contractor at his own risk. Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised strip of size 32 x 6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion all as specified including taking down of old item and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. NOTE :- (i) Cost of GI pipe medium grade 40 mm shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate (ii) GI strip and GI pipe length of upto 7.5 RM shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate and over and above shall be measured and paid separately

Material and labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing strip fixed to wall on batten or porcelain insulators or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in GI pipe 40 mm or fixed with poles or any other indicated sitution for loop earthing etc as required using galvanised iron strip of size 32 X 6 mm complete all as directed. NOTE :- (i) GI Pipe 40 mm shall be measured and paid separately

M & L 40 mm bore MS tubes light grade galvanised, with all fittings laid in trenches or walls or for passing earth strip, etc , complete including taking down old item.all as specified.

Supply and fixing , cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmmx 3 core including taking down old item, all as specified.

Supply and fixing of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 sqmm to 300 sqmm x 3 core including taking down old item, all as specified.

M & L 150 mm bore High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) PN 10 laid in trenches/Wall/road crossing for suitable length as per sire requirement all as specified.

Dismantling the existing HT VCB Panel/RMU Panel/LT Panel/ APFC panel after taking proper shutdown at the substation inside Naval base by disconnecting all LT cables and raising the height of HT VCB Panel/RMU Panel/LT Panel/ APFC panel to avoid water ingress by providing angle iron platform of height 1.5 feet with suitable load carrying capacity and to provide block masonry with finish for proper operation of VCBS/RMUS/ACBS/MCCBS of LT/APFC panel and reconnecting all HT/LT cables all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supplying and laying insulated mats of sizes 1m x 2m ISI marked for voltage upto 11 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety all as specified and as directed.

Supply and install GI 300 mm Perforated cable tray of sheet Thickness 1.6 mm and dimension of 300mm x 50mm fixing the cable tray along the walls and ruuning the existing cables through the tray including all accessories such as nuts, bolts, clamps for fixing the tray on the walls all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling the existing Transformer of capacity upto 750 KVA from the substation after disconnecting HT and LT connection after taking proper shutdown at the substation inside Naval base , taking out the transformer outside the substation using crane , refix the transformer at the existing location , reconnect the HT /LT , Earth connection etc , testing and commissioning all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note- (a)THE WORKS INCLUDES THE REMOVAL AND REFIXING OF ALL CONNECTION, CABLE, ETC OF THE TRANSFORMER BEFORE SHIFTING TO EXECUTE PLINTH WORK AND AFTER EXECUTING THE PLINTH WORK. (b) RENT OF TOEING VEHICLE, CRANES, LABOURS, TOOLS AND PLANTS REQUIRED FOR THIS JOB SHALL DEEMED TO BE INCLUDED IN THE QUOTED RATE. (c) CONTRACTOR SHALL TAKE CARE OF TRANSFORMER WHILE SHIFTING, ANY DAMAGE FOUND WHILE SHIFTING WILL BE RECTIFY BY THE CONTRACTOR AT HIS OWN RISK

Material and labour for wall mounted Glow sign Board of size 5 feet x 4 feet x 8 inch size made out of PGI sheet (1 mm thick) on angle iron (25 x 6 mm) structure, detachable front cover with perpex sheet white in colour of 3mm thick, binded with angle aluminum, writing / pasting the ‘matter/subject’ given by the Engr – in- charge with self adhesive synthetic vinyl sticker blue in colour, including fixing inside LED Strip white complete with all accessories prewired and all internal wiring and main connection with single core stranded copper conductor 2.5 sqmm size-10 RM including fixing arrangements complete including dismantling of all perished u/s board all as specified and fixing as directed. Note- (a) THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE VINYL BOARD OF MINIMUM OF SIZE 5 FEET X 3 FEET DULY PRINTED/ PAINTED THE SINGLE LINE DIAGRAM OF SUBSTATION DEPICTING THE IN AND OUT DIAGRAM OF CABLES FROM TRANSFORMER TO THE LT PANELS WITH NAME OF PANELS / BUILDINGS DULY FITTED ON THE SUBSTATION WALL ETC ALL AS DIRECTED BY ENGINEER IN CHARGE (b) ) THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE VINYL BOARD OF MINIMUM OF SIZE 5 FEET X 3 FEET DULY PRINTED/ PAINTED THE FOLLOWING DETAILS OF THE SUBSTATION FOR EACH TRANSFORMER SEPERATELY DULY FITTED ON THE WALL OF SUBSTATION BUILDING ALL AS DIRECTED AND SPECIFIED BY ENGINEER IN CHARGE. 1) THE CAPACITY 2) YEAR OF INSTALLATION 3) DETAILS OF MANUFACTORER 4) NAME AND CONTACT NO OF I/C OF JE'S AND AGE (c) THE RATE QUOTED BY THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE INCLUDED THE ITEMS MENTIONED IN THE NOTE (a) and (b)
