Granular sub base / base / surfae course with local materials(Table 400.13) by mix place method normal construction of granular sub -bae by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in pl;ace method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel rooler to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408 MORD

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN 80-100 kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 MORD/MORTH - By Mechanical Works with 1 Km lead Rural Works

Supplying Fixing HYSD bars (Lap splicing) - Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) (Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying excluding sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126)

Plain vibrated cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501. 2.2 M25 grade design mix using 33.33% of 20mm HBG / HBT and 66.67% of 40mm HBG / HBT both machine crushed metals, coarse and fine aggregate confirming to IS: 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (Steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specifications.

Mastic pad 2'0 inch x 4'0 inch (0.60M x 1.2M) of 1/2 inch (12.7 mm ) thick including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges etc., complete.

Providing dish finishing to the C.C. Surface for having good compaction of CC Surface and have smooth surface of the road including cost and conveyance of all materials, hire charges of dish and fan, incidental and operational and labour chargesetc., complete for finished item of work as per Standard Specification and as directed by the Department Engineer-in-chaarge.

Supply and filling of hot sealing compound ( Grade A) ISI poly sulphide and sealing joints includng cost and conveyance of the all materials etc for expansion and contraction joints at 4.50 m interval / for longitudinal/transverse joints as per MORTH specifications

Filling of foundations with conveyed Gravel free from admixture of foreign material in layers of 15cms. Thick, watering, tamping, including cost and conveyance of all materials to site from approved source, labour charges of all items of work and all incidental and operational charges etc., complete as per standard specification referred and direction of the departmental officers.
