Taking down the corrorded AC units of 1Ton/1.5 Ton/2 Ton capacity and carring repairs to sheet metal parts, tinkering the parts and replacing fully corroded sheet metal parts like base plate, fan motor base plate etc. with MS sheet of appropriate gauge as per the existing one including bending to match with the existing size and shape, welding/brazing and assembling inculding repalcing all nuts and bolts, sheet metal screws and painting the complete body with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the window type AC unit of 1Ton/1.5 Ton/2 Ton capacity and scraping out, cleaning and preparing the surface of shell cover and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinic chorme primer and metal screws and refixing back to the existing position complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the burnt fan motor of 1Ton/1.5 Ton/2 Ton capacity AC unit, rewinding the same with appropriate gauge super enameled copper wire, varnishing, renewal of shaft and bushes stud bolts, terminal wire, reassembling and fixing back to its original position and testing complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs new thermostatic switch for window type Acs of any capacity complete all as specified and directed. (Make: Indfoss/Ranutrol)

Taking down the window type AC units of 1.0 Ton/1.5 Ton/2.0 Ton capacity for servicing, inculding dismantling the unit carefully, cleaning of filters, checking circuit of wiring and connections, removal of scale from the parts, chemical cleaning of cooling coil and condenser with appropriate cleaning agent, flushing throughly for proper air flow across the coil to improve the cooling effciency, reassembling the parts and installing the same to original position complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs oscillation motor assembly with louvers for window type Acs of any capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs air cooled coling coil for window type Acs of any capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cutting to existing wall and making / providing hole for repair of inner unit (if leakage found), brazing / scaling the same with approved sealing materials and making good as per the existing ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

WATER HEATER (GEYSER): Taking down the existing storage type water heater of any capacity of any type and size by disconnecting electric connection, carring out following necessary repair work, tinkering and welding etc. including de-scaling, brushing and thoroughly cleaning the storage tank/inner water tank, removing of hard water deposits, and connected back and re-fixing in orignal position, grounting, testing and commissioning, complete with entire satisfection of Engr-in-Charge:- (a) Checking of all stop cock, pressure release valve, fusible plug etc to ensure free functioning of the parts including Supply and replacement of washer/gasket, nuts etc as required. (b) Inspect over flow and vent pipes and remove blockages (if any) (c) Checking and rectify earth continuity of the electrical circuits of the geyser and power points (d) Check, maintain and re-fixing thermostat and re-adjust (e) Visual examination of of fusible plugs for its serviceability (f) De-scaling the immersion type heating element and siphon assembly with diluted hydrochloride acid or cear pedette solution (g) Checking of indicator lamp for its serviceability (Note: (i) Spare parts/components of geysers shall be measured and paid seperately as "supply only" under respective items here-in-below. (ii) Any minor parts required for smooth functioning of the geyser shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt.
