Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work, lift upto 1.50 Metres stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 metres complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge. (Pick work and Jumper work 50% each).

Excavation in drains and channel etc. in earth work including dressing of sides, beds and disposing of excavated earth upto alead of 20 mtrs. Lift upto 1.50 mtrs disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in pick work complete in all respect as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engtineer-in-charge. (Pick work and Jumper work 50% each).

P/L cement concrete 1:6:12(1:cement :6 sand:12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation & plinth complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge up to all leads and lifts.

Providing and Fixing of cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curring excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:3:6 (1cement:3 sand: 6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work concrete work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to be entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1cement:2sand:4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc and mass concrete complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

In Vertical walls any thickness (but not less than 0.10mm thickness) including attached buttersses pillaster plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level complete in all respect complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Suspended floors, roofs landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto floor level complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement:1.50 Sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work:-

Foundations,footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfation of Engineer- in- charge up to leads and lifts.

Providing laying of mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position including wire upto floor two level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden batterns and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 Mtr. In depth in all heights from floor complete in all respectas per the direction and to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Flat surfaces such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floors etc. upto 200mm in thickness as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete in alll respect.

Providing Steel work welded in built up section trusses and framed work including cuttint, hosting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in grating framed guards bars railing brackets and similar workscomplete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to be entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture of required shade on un-decorated wall surface (one coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, dust and remains of loose material sand papered stopping complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Random rubble masonary/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement: 6 Sand:12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and plinth level in cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement:6 Sand) complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge up to all leads and lifts.

Squared rubble masonary coursed with hard stone of approved quality infoundation and plinth including racking out joints in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement :6 Sand) complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge up to all leads and lifts.

Brick work using burnt clay building bricks in super structure in cement motor 1:6 (1cement : 6sand) complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts.as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Half Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level in C.M 1:6 (1cement: 6sand) complete excluding the cost of form work complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and Lifts.

Providing wood work in frames of door, windows, clearstorey windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position in 1st Class deodar wood complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing panelled, glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clearstorey windows including black enamelled iron but hings with necessary screws 45mm thick in 2nd class Deodar wood 40 mm thick complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

6mm thick cement plaster to ceiling in CM 1:3 (1cement:3 sand) complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone masonary for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises internal rounded angle chamber and orrounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in Cement Mortor 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 Sand) as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

20mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/ concrete /stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand) complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing Precast terrazzo tiles 20 mm thick (with marble chips of specified sizes) laid in floor, treads of steps and landing in a bed of 20 mm average thickness of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles (wherever required) including rubbing and polishing complete with tiles complete in all respect as per the direction and Satification of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing MS grills of required pattern in wooden window etc with M.S flats squars of round bars theeaded bolts and nuts or by screws plain grill.

White washing with lime on un-decorated wall surface one coats to give an even shade including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust and other foreign matter complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two coats) and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to given an even shade sand papered smooth complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter, sand papering & knotting ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces ready enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metal surface after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter, sand papering & knotting ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and metal surface under coat of ready mixed ready enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing plinth protection 50 mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 Sand: 6graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete in all respect within all leads & lifts.

Providing & fixing 40x3mm flat iron hold fasts 40cm long i/c fixing in frames with 100mm diameter bolts nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15 cm in CC 1:3:6 (1cement: 3sand: 6 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- charge up to all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing of anodized sliding door bolts anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc complete in all respect as per the direction and Satification of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and Fixing aluminium Tower bolts (barrel type) anodised transparent with necessary screws etc. complete in all respect as per the direction and Satification of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and Fixing Aluminium handles anodized transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screw etc. complete in all respect as per the direction and Satification of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing Door stoper complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing MS hooks and eyes complete in all respect including all leads and Lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfection of Engineer-In-Charge.
