Fabrication and Installation of Guarding (on avg of 45 Mtrs Span) for protection of road/telephone lines/HT/LT lines as per RESPO Drawing No RES-48 with guarding channel size 100x50 mm and GI wire 8/6 SWG cross wire including fixing with all accessories in all respect as per Specification of UPCL.

Fabrication of Channel/angle to Single/Double/Four pole Structure Straight Cross arm T off Top and Dropper, Brecing Channel of M.S. Channel 125x65x6 mm, 100x50x6 & M S Angle 65x65x6 mm Cutting and Holling in all respect as per Specification of UPCL.

Laying of 11 KV Cable in 1.5 mtr depth with suitable trenchless Tecnology including fixing/Laying overhead with providing & Fixing of HDPE Pipe PE 80 PN 6 & having dia 160 mm confirming to IS 4984/1995 & having thickness 9.1 to 10.3 mm fixing of side wall bracket inculding loop, open trench, fixing on pole complete in all respect as per specification of UPCL.

Fixing of Outdoor 11 KV XLPE Cable Jointing kit 3x300 as per specificatio of UPCL

Fixing of Special Type of 11 KV Bracket as per Specificatio of UPCL

Laying and stringing of 11 KV line on following conductor after hoisting disc-fitting and disc insulators (Supplied by the department) Fixing with all accessories proper sag including binding etc. in all respect including earth (GI) wire as per Specification of UPCL.

Painting of Special Type of 11 KV Bracket with two coats of Aluminum paint Berger Luxol quality over one coat of red oxide primer and P.O. red on top above in all respect as per Specification of UPCL.

Painting of following structure of steel tubular poles with two coats of Aluminum paint Berger Luxol quality over one coat of red oxide primer and P.O. red on top above guarding angle in all respect as per Specification of UPCL.
