Technical Bid

RequiredTender should not have been blacklisted or terminated during the last two years as on the date of submission of the proposals for this tender due to non-fulfillment of the contractual obligations as evidence by imposition of the penalty by any entity or PSU or Govt agency or judicial pronouncement against the tenderer. A self declaration by the bidder in this regard is to be uploaded.

RequiredThe Bidder shall be a Public Sector Undertaking or Private Sector Fuel Marketing Company.

RequiredThe bidder should be a registered company under Companies Act, 1956 of India. The copy of registration certificate shall upload.

RequiredThe Bidder should have a registered number of GST/VAT/Sales Tax where his business is located. Upload scanned copies

RequiredThe bidder should have experience in Fuel marketing, establishing and running fuel stations across India for the last 5 years.

RequiredThe Bidder should have minimum annual average turnover mentioned in the Annexure-A, at least for 3 years in the Last Five years, i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-2025 upload scanned copy

RequiredThe selected bidder must operate the fuel Station on COCO, COFO & CODO Model.

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The period of License is 120 MONTHS from the effective date on signing the agreement

Each bidder shall submit only one tender / Bid for each location. (INCLUDING GST ONLY)

Corrigendum, modification, corrections if any will be published in the website only (e-portal)

Deadline for submission of tenders / Bids may be extended to give the prospective bidders reasonable time to take into consideration of the addendum

Tender processing fee & EMD will be accepted only in the form of electronic cash (not through DD or bank guarantee). Entire EMD amount shall be paid in a single transaction in e-portal
