OUTSOURCING TO MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF CENTRAL TYPE AC PLANTS AT CLUB PREPARATION, DG SETS AT TSS HANGAR AND CLUB STORAGE HANGAR AT INS KALINGA BHEEMUNIPATNAM, VISAKHAPATNAM

Out sourcing for manning and Operation to central type water cooled direct expansion type AC Plant (3x30TR) Capacity 2 units running at a time and 1unit stand by installed at AC plant Club preparation hangar for manning and operation by providing one Refrigeration Mechanic per each shift of 8 hours 3 shifts per day round the clock including Sundays and Holidays comprising of LT panel, Chiller Units, Condenser pump, AHU, pipe lines complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in - Charge. NOTE : (i) The rate quoted is also deemed to be included the cost of one emergency light, first aid box , one electrical shock treatment board, plant operational schematic diagram, DOs &DONTS chart, uniform for operator of the plant individuals working in the above location. (ii) The duration of work shall be carried out continuously in three shifts consisting of eight hours per each shift including Sundays and Holidays. (iii) The unit rate is deemed to be included for maintaining log books, record of repairs/ replacement of defective/ unserviceable consumables such as grease, cotton cloth & cotton waste, emery paper, soap precipitate, gland rope, Teflon tape & washers, minor adjustments, minor repairs to plant, cleaning/ up keeping of the plant and surrounding area of AC plant and weekly maintenance of checking/ servicing/ repairs of electrical panel boards/ electrical connection . (iv) Plant will be handed over to the contractor in good condition for maintenance and operation. The same shall be handed over to the Dept in good condition on completion of work as mentioned in Work Order No 01 upto and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (v) Operator shall be ITI AC mech who is conservent of electrical & AC Refregerent controls with defect rectification knowledge.

Out sourcing services to the following installations by providing one Fitter General Mechnaic in each shift of 8 hours, 3 shifts per day round the clock including Sundays and Holidays complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in - Charge. (a) Diesel engine driven generating set located at CLUB hanger 500 KVA, 415 V, 3 Phase, natural, 50 Hz floor mounted water cooled with all accessories including exhaust piping complete with silencer, batteries ( two Nos) and battery charger with generating panel, Make : Cummins (Engine Sl No 25298976) and alternator Make : Stamford (No 0501009) along with LT Panel, transformer indoor type 11 KV, 3 Phase , LT 433 Volts, 500 KVA complete with capacitor banks, LT panel complete with incoming and outgoing ACB for 500 KVA transformer and 400 Amp change over switch and maintaining daily log sheet for engine LT and HT panels. Note :- Diesel will be issued under Schedule B free for filling . (b) Diesel engine driven generating set installed at TSS hanger 500 KVA, 415 V, 3 Phase, natural, 50 Hz floor mounted water cooled with all accessories including exhaust piping complete with silencer, batteries ( two Nos) and battery charger with generating panel, Make : Cummins (Engine Sl No 25329362) and alternator Make : Stamford (No 0501009) along with LT Panel, transformer indoor type 11 KV, 3 Phase , LT 433 Volts, 500 KVA complete with capacitor banks, LT panel complete with incoming and outgoing ACB for 500 KVA transformer and 400 Amp change over switch and maintaining daily log sheet for engine LT and HT panels complete. NOTE : (i) Wages paid by the contractor to the persons employed shall not be less than the minimum wages fixed by state/central Govt from time to time whichever is higher. The payment shall be made to the workers through a nationalised bank and the AAdhar linked bank account bank statement of fair wages as per minimum labour wages as mentioned above shall be sumitted along with the RAR/FB for payments. (ii) The contractor shall be responsible for the GPF Graduity ect. and insurance of all tradesman employed by him as per existing labour rules/Acts/Regulations. (iii) Diesel will be issued under Sch'B' free for filling
