PART-A- Self Dynamic Hydro Control Valve & Accessories Design,Supply,installation,testing and comissioning of Electrically opearted of 200 mm dia Self Dynamic Hydro control valve along with all accessories like Dirt Box, Expansions Bellows, required MS specials and matching flanges etc., complete to finish the job for pump control purpose as per BOQ and tecnical specifications (as per Annexure-A)

Design,Supply,installation ,testing and comissioning of Electrically opearted 150mm dia Self Dynamic Hydro control valve along with all accessories like Dirt box, Expansions Bellows ,required MS specials and matching flanges etc., complete to finish the job for ON/OFF control purpose of branch valves (as per Annexure-A)

PART-B- Instrumentation "Design,Supply, Installation and testing of Instrumantation at S-4 pump house location& for sprinkler managemment i.e 1) Pressure transmitters 2) Flow meters 3) Ultra sonic Level Sensors 4) Control Valve for isolation (as per Annexure-B)"

PART-C- PLC, SCADA& RTU "Design,Supply,installation, programming, customization, testing and commissioning of PLC and SCADA control panel for entire pumping station, remote management for branch valves to sprinklers, synchornization with Central SCADA to operate and monitor from single desk at S-4 Pump House which consist of a) PLC - CPU. b) ANALOG INPUT & Out put Module. C) DI/DQ Module. d) PROFINET SWITCH. e) Communiucation Module. F) SMPS. G) Push buttons & Indication lamps. H) SP & DP MCB. i) Relays for entire logic operation. J) PC SERVER with licenced softwares. K) Internal & external power and communication wirings. (as per Annexure-C)"

Design,Supply, installation, configuration of RTU control Panels at each branch valve which consists of a) PLC with I/O modules / Controller b) GSM/GPRS Modem c) Relay Cards d) Solar Charge controller with connected accessories e) Solar Panel with mounting accessories f) Power back up with connected accessories for minimum 5 Days back up g) Auto self cleaning system for Solar Panel, h) Push buttons MCBs, i) Internal and External power, netwrok cabling from Valve to RTU and solar etc.. (as per the BOQ at Annexure-C)

PART-D - Power Supply "Design,Supply,installation& commissioning of 3 KVA UPS / Solar base UPS along with servo stabilizer inclu ding 04 hours backup on full load at pump house (as per Annexure-D.)"

PART-E - SCADA based PCC Panels: "Fabrication, supply,fixing, errection, termination, testing and commissioning of SCADA based indoor type, dust and weather proof PCC with MPCC panels for all pump sets at S-4 pump house which consist of: a) 400 A MCCB-55 KA - 4 Pole MPR for I/C Feeder. B) 100A MCCB 36 Ka 4P TR for O/G feeder to Lighting & Spare. C) 63 A MCCB 36KA 3P TR for O/G feeder to Tanker filling point and Dewatering pump feeder. d) 3.75 KW DOL starter with MPCB for Tanker filling point and Dewatering pump feeder. e) 132 KW- HD VFD with Isolation contactor, TPN SFU with Semi conductor fuses and required safety accessories. f) Multi function metering set. (as per Annexure-E.)"

PART-F - HSC Pump Sets wIth Energy efficient and VFD control Motors: Dismantling, supply and erection of 2 Nos of 132 KW capacity Energy efficient HSC pump set (1 W + 1 SB) with specifications of Head range of 115 mtrs, discharge of 240 M3/Hr, Speed 1500 (syn) RPM, Minimum efficiency should not less than 70%, including common base frame, coupling, coupling guard and erection with necessary connected pipe lines, specials ,fabrication and civil works etc., complete. (as per Annexure-F.)

Supply and delivery of 5 HP Monobloc pump sets with Suction and delivery pipe lines with necessry GI pipes and specials for tanker filling station and connected civil works etc., complete charges including cost and convayance of all the material, labor etc., complete and excluding cost of taxes and duties. (as per Annexure-F.)

Supply and delivery of 3 HP Monobloc pump sets with Suction and delivery pipe lines with necessry GI pipes and specials for De watering pumping station and connected civil works etc., complete charges including cost and convayance of all the material, labor etc., complete and excluding cost of taxes and duties (as per Annexure-F.)

PART-G - BUILDING MAINTAINANCE WORKS : Dismantling and Construction of required plinghts, dismantling portions with brick works, Raising of entire pump house floorings up to 2 feet, plastering, Laying of floorings with in pump house and dismantled portions with M 20 Concrete and finished with Tiles flooring etc., complete

Painting for Internal & External walls for entire pumping ststion, suction sumps and compound walls and iron works with suitable paints.

Providing 2 nos of 2 ton capacity Split air conditioners for Power and SCADA control area in pump house will all necessary works.

Providing sign board to indicate the Branch Nos, SOP, Pump and instrumant identifications and tiltle for Pumping station
