Earthwork in excavation of field trenches as per design section & alignment for laying of pipelines( PVC,RCC,ACP etc) upto a depth of 1500 mm in all sorts of soil including removing, spreading or stacking extra earth as directed and of taken out damaged R.C.C pipe, Tee, Bend etc. from the existing pipeline for replacement and for leak repair of collar joint in all sorts of soil but excluding lateriate soil or sand stone dressing bed to proper lebel including removing, spreading or stracking the spoils with a lead of 75M. as directed and including trimming the sides of trenches bailing out water due to seepage in soil other than pipe line etc. complete upto required depth.
Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoil within a lead of 75 m as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1500 mm.
Taking out the damaged R.C.C. pipe and two collars and tee with collars by dismantling joints carefully carrying, stacking the same near the pump house carrying the new pipe and collars from the field stack lowering the same within the trenches properly positioning and leveling on bricks laid flat between collar and the pipe joints with jute brading depped in cement slurry, grouting with cement and sand mortar (1:2) mixed with approved quality water proof compound (5% by weight of cement) and curing all complete as per direction of E.I.C. a) 450 mm dia R.C.C. pipe
b) 225 mm dia R.C.C. pipe
Repairing of leakages in collar joints of R.C.C. Pipe line by opening the joints fully by chipping out the old morter, cleaning the pipe recesses and collar properly, and thereafter positioning and levelling the pipes and collar, filling the annual spaces of joints with jute braiding dipped in cement slurry and grouting with (1:2) cement morter mixed with approved quality water proofing compound (5% by wt. of cement) and curing all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) 450 mm dia R.C.C. pipe
b) 225 mm dia R.C.C. pipe
Laying of PVC pipes of different diameters within field trenches in curve/ straight line using PVC fittings, viz Bend, Tee, Reducer etc. and making leak-proof joint with couplers roughening the surface with wire brush and emery paper and applying solvent cement (The rate is inclusive of transport of pipes, fittings and solvent cement to be supplied by dept.) all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. i) 315 mm dia
iii) 140 mm dia
Earth work in filling in trenches after laying pipe lines (PVC, RCC, ACP etc.) with good earth obtained from excavation of field trenches in layers not exceeding 225 mm, including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer Cum 66.01 complete. (Payment will be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work.)
Earthwork in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work.)
Taken out the condemn 150 mm. dia NTP/TP/ALFA-ALFA valve from 150 mm dia M.S./G.I. pipe of existing spout chamber by carefully chiseling first class distribution to the existing system of structure upto required limit and fitting fixing of new one with 150 mm dia M.S./G.I. pipe in position on the spot chamber using havoc zink, jute shoe as to match the joint leak proof including mending good all damage and returning that the condemn materials at store as per direction of E.I.C.
Jointing the end of 150 mm dia. M.S. extension pipe for spout chamber with b150 mm end of R.C.C. tee including carrying the M.S. extension pipe from store to site, levelling and positioning the end of extension pipe concentrically with 150 mm end of R.C.C tee on bricks laid flat within the field trench and jamming the joints with cement concrete (1:2:4) with stone chips 10 mm down mixed with approved water proofing compound 5% by weight of cement) of adequate thickness to provide a leak proof joint as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (cost of bricks for leveling is included)
Single brick flat soling of picked Jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.
Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor).(a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. For distance 66 km. a) Pakur Variety(1 : 2 : 4)
Brick work in cement mortar (1:6) with first class kin burnt bricks including racking out joints, scaffolding and other incidental works etc. complete. a) In foundation and plinth
b)12.5 cm. thick 1st class brick work in cement mortar (1:4) in Ground floor including scaffolding, racking out joint etc. complete.
Plaster to wall, floor, ceiling, etc. with sand and cement mortar including rounding off and chamfering corners as directed and racking out joints or rounding of concrete surface including chipping and application of cement slurry where necessary red complete with all materials and labours. a) With cement mortar(1:6) i) 20mm.thick plaster
ii) 15mm.thick plaster
Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm. thick in wall dado floor drain door and window sill etc. complete.
Removing of chokage due to sludge, mud, sand or any other foreign materials deposition from the underground 450/ 300/ 225/ 150 mm dia. RCC pipe line with split bamboo, wirebush, coir rope etc. along with suitable cleaning agent as necessary as per direction of E.I.C. (This item includes cost of earth cutting & back filling of trenches and required materials for cleaning but excluding the cost of taking out one full length of RCC pipe by dismantling 2 nos. of collars & re-fitting the RCC pipe with new two nos. collar. i) For 450 mm dia. RCC pipe
Artificial stone in floor , dado, staicase etc with cement concrete (1:2:4) with stone chips, laid in panels as directed with topping made with ordinary or white cement ( as necessary ) and marble dust in proportion (1:2) including smooth finishing and round off corners including raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface and application of cement slurry before flooring works @1.75kg/sq.m all complete including all materials and labours. In ground floor. i) 25 mm thick
Colour washing with “ELLA” with a coat of white wash priming including cleaning and smoothening surface thoroughly. a) External Surface (Ground floor) I) Two Coats.
White Washing including cleaning and smoothening surface thoroughly (5 Parts of stone lime and 1 Part of shell lime should be finishing coat). a) 2 Coat (On new works only).
Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primar of approved quality including smoothing surface by sand papering etc.
Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the steel surface, if necessary :, on steel or other metal surface. a) two coat except white
M.S. gate of jail type as per approved design made of strong M.S. frame work, intermediate stiffners and round/ square bars or angles, M.S. sheet (not less than 14 guage) gussets, cleats etc. including necessary rivetting, bolting, welding, locking and hanging arrangements, fitting and fixing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In ground floor.
