Running operation and maintenance of Udaipur Cold Storage for the year 2026

Cold Store

Providing, fitting fixing and commissioning of 01(one) Nos.Low speed Compressor (230V, 50Hz, 25-27.9 bar, thermally protected working between 630-680C with mineral oil lubricant) including labour charge as per direction of Engg- In-charge.

Providing and fitting fixing of 03(Three) Nos. 415V, 50Hz, 1.60A, 815Watt 3-phase High speed Indoor Fan and Motor assembly including labour charge as per direction of Engg- in-charge.

Supplying of R-22(Freon) for the compressor including gas charging as per direction of Engg. In-Charge.

Providing of worker for repairing of 04(four) Nos. 3-Phase Low Speed Indoor Motor as per direction of Engg- in-charge.

Supplying, erection and commissioning of 01 (one) no. Air curtain for door.

Providing spare parts and worker (Electrician) for servicing & repairing of 125 KVA DG set as per direction of Engg- In-charge.

Supplying of 01(one) no. filled in cylinder of Nitrogen gas(35Kg) for the checking of gas leakage throughout the pipeline in complete including labour charge as per direction of Engg- In-charge

Providing of worker for repairing, Gas welding of 02(two) Nos. Evaporator tray as per direction of Engg- in-charge.

Providing/Supplying and fitting fixing of Spare parts and accessories for Compressor and gas pipeline including labour charge as per direction of Engg- In-charge.

Arrangement for operation of 2000 M.T capacity Cold Storage including Captive Power Plant with day to day repairing and maintenance during the stipulated period with supplying of Mechanic cum Electrician cum Operator engaging 02(two) no. in each shift totally 06(six) nos. operator for proper and smooth running of the Cold Storage through round the clock of 24 Hours in 03(three) Shifts as per direction of Engg-in-charge
