Providing and supplying cast iron bench with integrated seat and back, overall size 1500 mm (L) × 600 mm (W) × 800 mm (H) with seat height 487 mm, consisting of 13 Nos. MS square tubes of size 50 mm × 25 mm and 1500 mm length forming the seat and back, minimum total tube weight 24 kg, decorative cast iron side supports/legs of best quality with minimum 32 mm thickness, all cast iron components coated with rust-inhibiting paint, MS square tubes finished in wooden colour, including all nuts, bolts, washers, anchor fasteners, transportation, loading, unloading, fixing in position complete, and all labour, tools and tackles required for complete installation, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Heritage fixing safeguard: Benches/anchors shall be fixed only at locations and into modern/approved substrates identified by the Engineer-in-Charge. No drilling, chasing or anchoring into protected historic masonry, floors or architectural fabric is permitted without specific written archaeological/conservation approval.

Providing, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of floor-mounted Inbuilt RO Water Purifier/Water Dispenser of minimum 100 LPH RO capacity with SS 304 body and SS 304 storage tank, suitable for dispensing normal, hot and cold drinking water. The unit shall be provided with minimum 7-stage purification comprising Micron Filter, Carbon Filter, Antiscalant, RO Membrane, TDS Stabilizer, Post Carbon Filter and UV purification system. The system shall have hot, normal and cold water dispensing through four taps, inbuilt compressor, heater, UV chamber with quartz glass enclosure, dual RO membranes, dual booster pumps, complete with all necessary accessories, inlet/outlet connections, power cord with proper earthing, fittings, testing, commissioning and warranty, complete as required. Warranty/equivalence: The RO/water dispenser shall carry a minimum 12-month comprehensive manufacturer/contractor warranty from successful commissioning, or the higher approved period stated in the BOQ/specification. Technical specifications shall be performance-based and brand-neutral; equivalent configurations meeting or exceeding the stated capacity, material, safety and water-quality requirements may be accepted subject to documented technical approval.

Providing, fabricating, supplying and fixing freestanding Direction Sign Board of approved design and dimensions, comprising SS 304 grade stainless steel support post fabricated from 75 × 75 × 2 mm square hollow section, welded to 150 × 150 × 10 mm SS 304 base plate and fixed with 4 Nos. M12 stainless steel anchor fasteners over PCC (1:4:8) foundation block of size 300 × 300 × 250 mm, including excavation in all kinds of soil, backfilling and disposal of surplus earth. The sign frame shall be fabricated from SS 304 grade 25 × 25 × 1.6 mm square tube, complete with 4 mm thick Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) fixed to the frame using stainless steel countersunk screws and provided with high-intensity retro-reflective vinyl graphics, directional arrow and lettering as per approved artwork. The stainless steel members shall be fully welded, ground smooth and finished with satin/hairline finish, complete with all fittings, fixtures, welding, polishing, transportation, erection, alignment, labour, tools, tackles and all incidental works, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Monument protection: Direction-sign foundation, excavation and anchor locations shall be approved in writing before work. Excavation shall be minimal and carried out under the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Any archaeological feature/find shall result in immediate stoppage at that location and reporting to ASI; no fixing into historic fabric is permitted without specific written approval.
