Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of Pump House Installation at Bihuguri in the restricted Army area under GE(S) Tezpur round the clock in 03 shifts of 08 hours each in all days including Sundays and holidays with minimum one Skilled FGM per shift utilizing the under mention of different capacity plants and machineries. The required services includes running of all plants and machineries in the chain of water treatment works from tapping of ground water using borewell and upto OH reservoir in the timings fixed by the department and adding of required quantity of chemicals for treatment and disinfection and carrying out all routine maintanence works as recommended by the OEM and running of DG Sets installed within the premisses during electric supply failure from main sources incl Cleaning the pump set, DG set control panel making arrangement of keeping pump house building area clean and cutting of grasses of surrounding up to 10 mtrs area of pump house building. The details are as under:- (a) Submersible pumping set with induction motor of capacity 20/22.5 HP and star delta starter -01 Nos (Note : Only one pump will be operate at a time). (b) Centrifugal pump set of capacity 10000 GPH (appx) at 80 feet head with electrically driven 12.5/15 HP induction motor 3 phase, 50 Hz. Make- Kirloskar -02 Nos (Note : only one pump will be operate at a time). (c) Iron removal pressure filter of capacity 10000 GPH including washing and back washing of pressure filter with operation of chlorine dozing pumps. (d) DG Set 62.5 KVA 440 Volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply-01 No. Note:- (i) The unit rates shall deemed to be included for printing loog book and PRRB for as under plants, attendence register in std formate etc with other required accessories. (ii) Provision of dress for deployed staffs in proper code given by Deptt. (iii) The cost of required hygienise /cleaning to installation with apporx 10 Mtrs surrounded with required and cleaning material such as cotton wast, broom, distil water, lead to be re-set battery terminals/post, etc with all others. (iv) The cost of minior required T&P to be attanding complaint with all required safety measures to be perform duty. (v) Deployed electricians shall be responsible to attand the all nature of electic complaints. (vi) The cost of trade men tool set with all std safety materials required to perform duties safely. (vii) Salary shall be paid by contractor to hired persons through Individual bank account with full fill all labour commission's direction and rules.

Outsourcing of services for operation of Central AC plant continuously for round the clock i.e. 24 Hrs in 03 Nos 8 Hours each shifts to all days including sundays and holidays with one Refrigerator Mechanic to operate and run the Central AC plant and other allied equipments & machinery installed at the Base Hospital area for a period of eight month from the date of satisfactory completion of phase-I Test as describe below:- (a) Operation and maint of the air handling units. (b) Operation and maint of cooling tower (c) Operation and maint of condensing unit. (d) Operation and maint of compressor unit each 02 working and one standby. (e) Maint of elect panel board. (f) Maint of AC duct and accessories (g) Maintaining the record of room temperature, and other relevant records (h) Maintaining the area surrounding the cooling tower AC plant room neat and clean every time.
