General Servicing to Diesel Engine Generating Set any type and make including checking all rubber/hose pipes, checking of coupling joints, v belts speed governor, air filter, filter elements valve tappet adjustments, radiator lines, leakage of coolant, oil including oiling/greasing & replacement of consumable parts such as minor items like nut/bolt, washers, gasket, welding works etc (included in unit rate) and replacement of worn out/unserviceable parts (to be measured separately as supply only) suitable for 600 KVA capacity Silent DG set Make:-CUMMINS model No. KTAA-19-G6 and Supply only following consumable spares parts NOTE : Cost factor of labours for servicing & fixing of parts shall be deemed to be included in unit rate. However worn out & unserviceable parts to be replaced will be measured and paid separately as supply only. Make of spare parts same as of DG Set or as per sample .Servicing will be done as per manufacturer instructions

Dismantling of block assembly engine of 320 KVA DG Set of Make Cummins and taken it to civil Workshop and back, make the DG set in serviceable condition and fixed it into its original position and testing the DG set on load upto the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note :-1. Defective parts shall be measured and paid under respective items of Sch . 2.Transpotation charges deemed to be included in quoted rates . 3.Old and U/S parts shall be the contractors property and recovered as credit Sch attached.)

M&L for repair to cylinder head assy. by cutting, grinding and polishing of valves , seats and fixing of valve, valve guide and pressure testing of cylinder head of 320 KVA DG set of make Cummins including Labour for Injector nozzle calibration and replacement of burnt out parts complete.

(The item rate includes transportation of pump from site to dealers workshop and back).

Material and labour for calibration of fuel injection pump by authorised dealer with replacement of worn out parts testing and commissioning complete including alignment, plunger, packing kit, spring delivery valve etc. required to make the pump serviceable of DG set of capacity 200 KVA to 320 KVA. (The item rate includes transportation of pump from site to dealers workshop and back).

M&L for removing the radiator after disconnecting from engine, opening the parts of radiator for servicing and repairing/ replacement of unserviceable minor parts including brazing/ welding complete of DG set of capacity 62.5 KVA to 125 KVA. (The item rate includes transportation of radiator from site to workshop and back and refixing the radiator in position).

M&L for removing the radiator after disconnecting from engine, opening the parts of radiator for servicing and repairing/ replacement of unserviceable minor parts including brazing/ welding complete of DG set of capacity 200 KVA to 320 KVA. (The item rate includes transportation of radiator from site to workshop and back and refixing the radiator in position).

Supply and fixing of Turbo Charger Assy of DG set of capacity 62.5KVA to 125 KVA incl taking down old u/s Turbo Charger complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of Turbo Charger Assy of DG set of capacity 200KVA to 320 KVA incl taking down old u/s Turbo Charger complete all as specified.

Supply only pressure booster pump single phase 240 volt single cylinder 1 Hp capacity for radiator cleaning.

Material and labour for repair of self starter of 62.5 KVA to 125 KVA DG set including taking out burnt out winding, rewinding the same and replacement of burn out parts carbon brush, brushes etc (Note: The items rates incl transportation of self startor from site /store to workshop and back to site /store

S&F in repair of lead acid power pack unit (battery bank) maintenance free 12 volts 180AH capacity Make Exide/Amron including taking down existing battery pack unit.

M&L for dismantling of alternator assembly of 320KVA DG set from the foundation after disconnecting the electric connection, carrying the same to work shop, dismantling of alternator and taking down worn out windings of rotor and exterior coil, rewinding the alternator with copper enamelled wire with same size and same gauge, replacement of insulation materials, heating and varnishing, provision of connecting leads and terminals plates etc. to make alternator fully serviceable, reassembling the alternator, shifting back to installation, assembling the same engine, making electric connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair solinoide switch assembly complete all as specified and as directed

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 54,855.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
