RequiredThe Bidders having valid Central Seed License issued by the competent authority of Department of Agriculture are only eligible to participate in this tender

RequiredThe Bidder must have the annual turnover of minimum of Rs.2.00 crores in any one of the last five years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 on C/seed and T/L seed supply to any Govt. Departments / Organizations. The CA certificate of the turnover shall be submitted.

RequiredThe Bidder must have supplied Oil crop seeds in any of the last five years to any State Seeds Development Corporation / NSC / any Govt. Organization. Certificate of successful supply shall be submitted.

RequiredThe Bidder must enclose the Income tax returns for the last three years along with the Tender schedule.

RequiredThe Bidder should not have been black listed by any Govt. Dept / Govt. Organization during the last 5 years period. Affidavit (on Rs. 100/- stamp paper) shall be submitted in this regard

RequiredProcessing Unit Registration No. with the concerned Licensing Authority (Or) Agreement with any Processing Unit owner, who possess Registered processing unit

RequiredThe Bidder should have Satisfactorily completed similar works i.e., supply of seed at least 50 percent of the ECV in any of the last five years in any Government sector. Certificate to be produced.

RequiredExperience certificates in support of satisfactory completion of supply of similar items in any of the last five years shall be submitted

RequiredThe Bidder should enclose proof for Sathi Portal registration letter/ certificate from the concerned certification agency for supply of Certified seed
