Repairs to 350mm dia. delivery pipe line at Lift irrigation scheme Sheerbugh of MISD Pattan.

Providing and fitting of 350mm ND MS pipe having thickness 5.6mm by way of replacing the damaged worn-out pipe at LIS Sheerbugh having the length of 12.5 ft long. The job is to be carried out by way of earth excavation, cutting the existing pipe with the help of gas cutter from one end and dismantling the flanges from other end. the excavated truch should be wide enough to carry out the welding and cutting job. the pipe is to fasten/anchored with the help of the chain pully and tripod stand before cutting. The same process is to be repeated for installing and levelling the new pipe before welding and fastening. The pipe is to be flanged (16mm thick) by welding on one end and end to end welded on other end. the job also includes P/F of nut and bolts, gasket and back filling to carry out the job. All tools and tackles like DG set, welding machine, superior quality electrodes, gas cutter, tripod stand, chain pully block, etc. to carry out the job is to be arranged by the firm. The job is to be carried out using skilled labour. the work should be l tested on full load.

Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of old worn out pipe etc. using tata mobile from site to divisional stores. The firm has also to pick other returnable material from LIS Mirchmar (approx. 30 KM).
