Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for taking out/laying cable and getting out in Hard / Dense Soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Spreading in trenches fine dry river sand for cable protection and punning down gently by hand complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying Bricks well burnt old size for cable protection laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing of LT UG XLPE cable of cross-sectional area of size 4 Core 25 Sqmm with aluminum conductor, screened, bedded multistranded 1100 volts grade in Galvanised steel strip or wire armored, heavy duty electric power cables with stranded aluminium conductor, including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, laying, jointing & testing of LT UG XLPE cable of cross-sectional area of size 4 Core 16 Sqmm with aluminum conductor, screened, bedded multistranded 1100 volts grade in Galvanised steel strip or wire armored, heavy duty electric power cables with stranded aluminium conductor,including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, laying, jointing & testing Cable of size 3 core 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated & PVC unsheathed 650 / 1100 Volt Grade as per IS- 694 multi-stranded copper conductor for interconnection of cable looping box to street light fitting/ post top lantern / security light etc.including PVC conduit 19 mm internal dia. passing through pipes including taking down old unserviceable cable and complete all as specified and as directed. Make of Cable : Havells / KEI Industries Ltd / Polycab /Finolex or equivalent in makes specified in PS.

S & F in repairs FRP cable looping box of size 250 x 250 x 105 mm with connector block 4 Way, including provision for 1 Nos of MCB SP 6 Amp, copper shorting strips etc. including suitable stainless steel gland, including provision for connecting earth continuity conductor etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of old Cement concrete pole foundation from existing poles and removing from the site to throw the same at low lying area complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete Type B-1, 1:1.5:3 (20 mm graded aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span,cills,steps;seismic and other similar bends,plinth courses,string courses,lacing courses,parpets and railing upto 60 cm in height,coping of poles, kneelers, axe stones,bed lates,water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in repairs GI pipe 40 mm dia Light gade with all fittings laid in road cutting for cable portection and for pipe required for supporting the light fittings etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking Down Old existing Precast /RCC /PCC Poles of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of cable cover for LT Cable Class LV,type 1 , flat of size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws & washer, 410 SP-31 poles of 9 meter long complete all as per the following specifications :- (a) Including for painting of poles extremely with one coat of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth ) and above plinth block concrete collar with two coats of aluminium paints over a red oxide coat primer including preparation of surface including painting of 30 cm wide bands 3 Nos. with synthetic enamel paint of appropriate colour in alternate layer upto the height of 1.5 M above plinth block. (b) The rates include staying the poles in a truly vertical position till the foundations are properly set. (c) The rates also include drilling of holes in steel tubular poles. Note : Excavation and PCC work will be measured and paid separately under relavant item in schedule.

S & F in repairs LED street light fittings 70 Watts Pressure die cast aluminum housing, heat resistant toughened glass with frame, IP-66 protection better optics for uniform distribution complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Havells Cat No. ENDURAPEARLPLUSSL70WLED757PASYTOPC or equivalent complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs GI Bracket made out of 40 mm dia medium grade GI tube up to 1.5 m long bend to shape 115 degree offset shape, fixed with 2 nos of suitable MS Flat clamps of size 40 x 6 mm with necessary nut bolts & washers and applying two coats of aluminum enameled paint over one coat of zinc oxide primer for clamp.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth wire of 4 mm dia (up to 7.5 m in length from earth plate ) by means of bolts and nuts checknuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified and shown in electrical plate no.3 of SSR part I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 , 40 mm thick cover with MS rod 8mm dia 150mm c/c reinforcement both ways, watering funnel, 20 mm dia light grade for protection of earth electrode 20 mm dia for watering all as specified and directed and tested on completion.

M&L for Cement concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
