Civil items: Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : a) One or more coats on old work as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg., for doors, including cost of cutting floors ,embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (make of Dorset, Dorma, godrej or equivalent) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Polishing old wooden flooring in bytes/patches or complete area including preparation of surface by thoroughly cleaning, rubbing with sandpaper to remove old polish, dirt, dust, and scratches. Applying a minimum of three or more coats of high-quality polyurethane (PU) or equivalent wood polish (glossy finish) of approved brand and manufacture, including filling cracks/joints with matching wood filler, sealing, intermediate rubbing/sanding between coats, applying final glossy topcoat to achieve a uniform surface. Rate includes the cost of all materials, labor, cleaning of stains from skirting/walls, and all applicable taxes, duties, and contractor's profit. Complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing heavy-duty rigid PVC L-shape corner protector/edge-beading profile of approved make and shade on the losing/edges of steps (treads and risers), or counters, of size 25x25x1mm, fixed in place using high-strength polymer-based adhesive/epoxy or chemical fasteners as per manufacturer's specifications, including cutting to required lengths, neat finishing, making good the joints, cleaning, and removing all stains from adjoining surfaces complete, including all taxes, contractor's profit, and overheads as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing ISI marked Stainless steel handles for door having sizes of 125 mm with necessary screws etc. complete: as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Repairing and refurbishing existing auditorium chairs fixed in rows, including dismantling the seat and backrest cushions from the heavy-duty iron/wooden framework, stripping away completely worn-out fabric, old foam, and damaged plywood of back and writing pad. Providing and replacing with fresh high-grade moulded polyurethane (PU) foam of minimum 32-density (45 mm average thickness), replacing structural backing with 12{ mm} thick commercial-grade boiling water resistant (BWR) plywood conforming to IS: 303, and upholstering with premium quality breathable, antimicrobial polyurethane (PU) leatherette fabric (minimum weight 750–800 gsm, of approved brand and shade by the Engineer incharge). The work includes servicing the automatic tip-up/retractable seat spring mechanism, oiling, tightening mechanical fasteners, replacing missing screws/washers, cleaning and chemical-washing of intact plastic/wooden armrests and outer shells, re-fixing the repaired units securely back onto the existing floor-mounted framing, disposing of unserviceable scrap material out of the municipal limits, complete with all tools, plants, carriage, labor, and taxes as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying 12 mm thick factory-finished laminated wooden flooring of approved brand and manufacture (conforming to AC5 grade (commercial areas) as per IS/EN standards) with a high-density fiberboard (HDF) core and a scratch-resistant on top. The flooring planks shall be installed using an engineered click-locking/tongue-and-groove joint profile system without using glue/adhesive. The work includes preparing the underlying sub-floor surface clean and level, laying a 4mm to 5mm thick polyethylene foam cushioning underlay sheet, along with a moisture barrier, and joining the planks tightly. The rate includes all necessary tools, tackles, wastage, profiles, wooden skirting of size (18mm to 60mm) and cleaning up the finished surface complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing hydraulically regulated door closer with hold open function & adjustable weight holding upto 120 kg. of approved brand (Dorma, ozone, Dorset, Godrej or equivalent) and manufacture (conforming to IS 14912), including cutting, carving, and mortising wood or metal frames and shutters as required. Item includes fixing with necessary stainless steel countersunk screws, testing, adjusting both closing and latching speeds, and making good any disturbed surfaces complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing door identification name plate of size 400 × 200 mm made from 3 mm thick ACP sheet with green background and white retro-reflective radium lettering including computer cut graphics, adhesive fixing arrangement, screws, complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing of unplasticised Rigid PVC rainwater pipes Pressure 04 Kg/cm2 conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, for the internal and external work as per the site requirements including the clamps scaffolding if required on side as per the direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge .(i) Single socketed pipes. Dia: 160 mm. (including scaffolding upto height of 9 meter if required.) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
