Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description not other specifically provided for etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris to a distance not exc 50 mts and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed..

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, path etc laid in alternate bays not exc 3 m in length, and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in floor including finishing top cement concrete surface even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for 3 mm thick glass dividing strips of 38 mm width inserted in position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing plaster surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old distempered surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper oil emulsion white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of AC (corrugated or semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2 mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in roof, wall etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non - skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles 300x200x7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces of wall such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including screed bed and bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in CM (1:4) for laying floor finishes size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tank exc 250 litre but not exc 500 litre capacity of any type (AC, RCC or PVC) and cleaning mouths of circulating pipes etc and writing date of cleaning on tank using enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a). The size and pattern of letters of date shall be as per format approved by Engineer in charge. (b). The unit quoted rate deemed to be included of cost of bleaching powder or any other cleaning agent to be used for tank cleaning.

M&L for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tank exc 500 litre but not exc 1000 litre capacity of any type (AC, RCC or PVC) and cleaning mouths of circulating pipes etc and writing date of cleaning on tank using enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a). The size and pattern of letters of date shall be as per format approved by Engineer in charge. (b). The unit quoted rate deemed to be included of cost of bleaching powder or any other cleaning agent to be used for tank cleaning.

Dewatering of residual water, disilting and mud Cleaning of SWT of capacity 50000 Ltr as described below :- (a) The inner surface of the wall of tank shall be cleaned with high pressure jet pump after emptying the water in the tank. (b) After through cleaning of the Tank, the cleaning water and the cleaning water and sludge is to be removed by using pump and sludge has to be disposed off at a place as directed. (c) After made the Tank dirt free, the inner surface of Tank shall be treated with approved anti bacterial agents by GE. (d) After the treatment as mentioned at (c) above , the inner surface of the Tank shall be treated with UV-Radiator. (e) Writing date of cleaning on tank using synthetic enamel paint with letters n. exc 30 cm high complete all as specified and directed. (f) Removal of any tiny plants and vegetation any position and necessary repair work of SWTs. Note :- (a) The size and pattern of letters of date shall be as per format approved by GE and will be paid under respective item of BOQ. (b) The unit rate quoted deemed to be included of cost of bleaching powder or any other cleaning agent to be used for tank cleaning. (c) Cost of Earthwork and excavation at places deemed to be included in unit quoted rate.

M&L for preparing old painted plastered surface of walls by washing, rubbing down & stopping and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint of 1st grade quality, in one or more tints and pattern (camouflage) as approved complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in two layer on external surfaces :- 1 layer 10mm thick in CM (1:4) & 2nd layer 5mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of concrete or masonary surfaces with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on concrete or masonary surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately as supply only under respective item. No extra cost will be pay for all jams, chajjas, projection, etc

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to relevant IS complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing on newly plastered wall surfaces and finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint in one or more tints and pattern (camouflage) as approved of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for anodised aluminium snap grid 605x605mm frame work for false ceiling using main tee of size 25x35x1.50mm & cross tee of size 25x35x1.50mm, aluminium anodized angle section 25x25x1.50mm supported hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to RCC roof slabs/iron truss by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long including 12mm thick gypsum board/tiles for insulation and acoustic purpose of size 600mmx600mm fixed with screws with staple on snap grid as per manufacturers instructions etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in Cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitered/stopped end etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3.00 mm thick sheet glass,ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.50 sq.m. in each pane complete all as specified and directed. Note : The work will be executed at G+3 storey.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described not exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth & getting out for laying underground cable in soft/losse soil complete all as specified and directed.
