2 Box cutting the road surface to proper slope and camber for making a base for

road work including ramming the excavated stuff and despositing on the road

2.1 Providing and laying rubble stone soling 230mm thick including hand packing

and compacting etc. complete. Up to all lead 1.00 Cumt.

3 Supplying of graded stone aggregate of following size (for W.B.M. Road) (i)

Machine Cut Metal 40mm size including filling the measure box of standard

size etc. complete. All lead and all lift 1.00 Cumt.

4 Supplying and stone dust all lead and all lift 1.00 Cumt.

5 Spreading the stone aggregate for rolling and W.B.M. including filling the

interstices to required camber and gradient (excluding spreading of Blindage)

(ii) 40mm to 63mm size aggreagates 1.00 Cumt.

7 Granular Sub-Base with Graded Material

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded machine

crushed B.T. material satisfying MOST specification of grading I (B.T. stone

aggregate 53 mm to 26.5 mm 35 %, 26.5 to 4.75 mm - 45 % and 2.36 mm

below - 20 % ), mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed

Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on

prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the

desired density, complete as per clause 401 1.00 Cumt.

8 Providing and laying wet mix macadam base course 150 mm thick using

machine crushed B.T. chips as per required gradation mixing with required

optimum quantity of water, conveying the mix to site of work, spreading in to

grade and camber with mechanical paver and consolidation each layer with

vibratory roller including cost of material labour plant and equipment etc.

9 Rolling and consolidating water bound macadam (except laterite and Kankar)

including watering not exceeding 150mm thickness (Main layer including

binding materials) including filling in depressions which occur during the

10 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand :

Machine cut stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curring complete

inluding cost of formwork in (a) Foundation and plinth 1.00 Cumt.

11 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1- Cement : 2- Coarse sand : 4-

graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding

12 Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction

joint only, plain cement concrete Bavement, thickness as per design, over a

prepared sub base, with 53 grade cement or any other type as per Clause

1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to 15:383,

maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm. mixed in a concrete

mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using

approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel,

laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates

including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with

shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and

finished using Trimix in continuous operation including provision of contraction

and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant,
