Supplying of AISI-316 grade stainless steel bolts, studs, holding bars angles and plates etc., including threading ot suit at site conditions etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials

Supply and fixing AISI-316 grade nuts and washers of required size and shape etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.

Supplying and fixing second-hand tyres for use as fenders of various sizes to face of the berth including 10 mm size iron chain/iron wire rope of 1.50 mrs. with necessary shackles, bolts and nuts etc., including transportation to site of work and fixing etc., as directed by the EIC complete.All labour and materials,all tools and plant, hire & operational

Drilling holes up ot 40 mm dia in plain cement concrete/ RCC wherever required including face of the berth with rotary hammer drill (or) core cutting machine including necessary scafffolding/ platform etc., and cleaning the drilled hole by blowing air/hot air etc, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete including all hire and operational charges of equipment/machinery etc.,.

For vertical drilling

For horizontal drilling.

Grouting of drilled holes (vertical) with polyester resin lock set P/S/L or other equivalent approved to suit site conditions duly placing the bolt/stud in the drilled hole etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete, all labour and materials but excluding cost of bolt/stud. (The bolts/stud will be paid separately as per relevant item of BoQ )

Grouting of drilled holes (Horizontal) i.e. face of the berth etc.with polyester resin lockset (P/S/L) or any other approved equivalent ot suit site conditions and placing the stud/bolt in drilled holes duly making in built notch cutting to allow the refusal from the drilled hole. After completion of initial setting the plate washer/ring shall be removed from bolt etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete, Labour and materials but excluding cost of bolts/stud, mesh and washers.

Electrical resistant but welded mild steel short link galvanised chain confirming to I.S. 2429 (Part-1-1970) of 25mm dia size, safe working load 7,500 Kgs, proof load 15,000 Kg, and minimum breaking load 30,000 Kgs, galvanizing thickness more than 90 micron etc., as directed by the engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Providing one coat of "Rustoff" rust converter primer (Tannic Acid based) on steel surface including scrapping the surface etc., as directed by the Engineer in charge complete. All labour and materials.

Providing two coats of coal tar epoxy "Inter tuff-923" M/SAKZONUBEL paints to a dry film thickness of 150 microns including scrapping the surface etc., as directed by the Engineer in charge.All labour and materials.

Supply of G.I "D" shackles confiriming to I.S.613 (part-II) 24 mm body material dia and grade 63 for fixing of fenders in inner/outer harbour etc.,as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labor and materials

Supply of bull dog clamp 20 mm size for stuffing the tyre fenders etc.,as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labor and materials

Providing priming coat with INTERCARD 269 EPOXY primer of dry film thickness 40 micron of International Marine Coatings or of approved equivalent including cleaning the surface etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labor and materials

Providing two coats of INTERLAC 665 of dry film thickness 80 microns of International Marine Coatings or of approved equivalent including cleaning and scraping the surface etc., as directed by the Engineer-in- charge complete. All labour and materials
