The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment (s) similar to the type specified in the ‘Schedule of Requirements’ up to at least xxxx % of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years. The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after xxxxx and be in satisfactory operation for xxxxx months as on date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.
In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract. Manufacturers Authorization Form to be provided as per Section XIII of Tender Document.
In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The tenderer, as authorized representative/dealer , has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least xxxxx % of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least xxxxx months on the date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.
The legal status, place of registration and principal place of business of the company or firm or partnership.
Details of experience and past performance of the tenderer on equipment offered and on those of similar nature within the past three/five years2 and details of current contracts in hand and other commitments.
A detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the goods.
A list giving full particulars, including available sources and current prices, of spare parts, special tools, etc., necessary for the proper and continuing functioning of the goods for a period of two years, following commencement of the use of the goods by the Purchaser.
The Bidder shall be a manufacturer and should have a minimum experience of 5years prior to this notification in designing, manufacturing, testing of equipments/materials as specified in the tender. (Bidders have to furnish the supporting Documents). (The firm shall enclose P.O. Copies issued by State/Central owned Transmission Utilities/Generation Utilities).
The bidder shall be approved vendor of KPTCL. (Bidders have to furnish the supporting Documents). Or Should produce/furnish the stated equipments type test certificates or should have supplied to other Govt utilities in last preceding 05 years
The bidder should have Goods and Services Tax (GST) registration and registration and PAN No issued by the Board of Direct Taxes under the Income Tax Act, 1961. Shall upload the necessary supporting document to establish compliance for having GST registration. In support to establish their manufacturing, Certificate of Incorporation, Registration of the firms, factory license etc., shall be furnished.
Along with this, the bidder should provide registered documents such as Companys Certificate of Incorporation/ Memorandum of Association/ Article of Association of the company in case of Registered Companies under companies act/ Partnership deed in case of Partnership Firm, Registration Certificate of establishment, GoK.
The Tenderer shall be individual Proprietorship firm or partnership firm or Company Registered under Companies Act 1956/2013.Note: For other than proprietorship, the Bidder shall furnish the registered partnership deed and Power of Attorney. The bidder shall upload the Power of Attorney in case of partnership of firm/ Company in the prescribed format of Rs. 500/- Stamp duty paper and The Registration certificate issued by the department concerned.
The bidder should have manufactured at least 80percent of the quantity of Tendered material/equipment. (Bidders have to furnish the supporting Documents such as P.O issued by State/Central owned Transmission Utilities/Generation Utilities) and they should be in successful operation for at least two years as on the date of bid opening. Further, the Bidder shall furnish the Performance Certificates for at least 30percent of the tendered materials and the performance certificates should have been issued by the State/Central owned Electricity utilities / Generating utilities only, and issuing officer shall not be below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent division head. The performance certificate shall be indicating the capacity, make, name of the sub-Division where it is installed, date of commissioning etc., in order to show that tendered materials/equipments of this bid were in successful operation for at least TWO years as on the date of bid opening.
The liquid assets & availability of credit facilities of no less than 30% of the requirement(Credit lines/letter of credit/certificated from banks for meeting the funds requirements etc.,(usually the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 03 months in peak construction period). The Bidder should furnish Liquid Assets and/or availability of Credit facilities of not less than Rs. 4,77,546/- as on the month of July-2026 as per the annexure.
The bidder shall furnish all the type test reports not older than 10 years (Ten) years as on the date of bid submission for having conducted type tests at standard Laboratories NABL accredited as per relevant IS/IEC standards for all the type tests stipulated in technical specifications of bid documents.If the Type test reports are older than 10 years.b) If any one/some of the type test reports as per relevant IS/IEC standards stipulated in the technical specifications of bid documents are not available.Note:KPTCL may conduct Tests as per relevant standards at its cost on a random sample of Tendered material specified in the present enquiry at any point of time during the contract at NABL accredited Laboratory. However the successful bidder shall have to bear the transportation cost. The bidder shall have to give an undertaking to this effect.

The Bidder shall upload the power of attorney in the prescribed format on Rs.500/- Bond paper which is uploaded along with the tender documents on the date of bid opening. Documentary proof wherever required shall be uploaded. No hard copies will be accepted.
If part or full price sheets or prices are exposed in the Techno-Commercial Sheets or Techno-Commercial Bid of the Bidder then, the offer of the Bidder will be rejected.
