Providing sewerage scheme with capacity 60 KLD at Industrial Area Shamshi, Distt. Kullu (HP).

Design, construction and commissioning of sewage treatment plant of .06 MLD (M.B.B.R Technology)capacity complete in all respect. The cost shall include all components viz. civil work, mechanical & electrical equipment, operation & testing period/trial run period for six months, site development, interconnecting arrangement and all other allied works. The characteristic of raw sewage are BOD5 = 375 mg/l, and SS = 750 mg/l and characteristic of treated sewage shall be BOD5=20 mg/l,SS=30 mg/l. The cost shall include the construction of primary treatment components and secondary treatment owing to scope of work, design parameters, term & condition, technical specification including all other works as per manual on sewerage & sewage treatment published by CHPEEO Ministry of Urban Development, New Delhi (latest). The design of various components shall conform to relevant design parameters. (i/c one on stand by)

Operation and maintenance of STP for 5 Years- operation and maintenance of item no 1 for a period of 60 months to be reckoned from the last day of successful trial run period of 180 days of the scheme as per the term and conditions: year wise O&M cost is as under: (a) Ist year

Excavation in foundation treches (for pipes and pits)upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work jumper works saturated soil including bailing of pumping out water blasting soft/hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasing is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sidesd, leveling of beds to correct grade including Shoring, strutting, planking, timbering and dewatering wherever required,stacking the usable and un-usable material/soil separately and after laying,jointing and testing of pipes returning the usable soil in trenches in 15cm (fifteen centimeters)layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil un-usable materials within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion for traffic night signals,fixing caution boards,crossing over trenches for access to houses,fencing etc complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-In-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 sand:8 greaded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of from work in foundation and plinth . Including cost and carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentials.

Providing laying and testing in trenches to be leveled to grade,centrifugal cement mortar lined ductile iron (spun)pressure pipes conforming to BIS 8329-200 class K-7 suitable for tyton (push on joints) includidng bends of all degrees, tees collars trappers if requdired crosses, short pieces,tail,pieces,plugs of required numbers,cutting pieces,chamfering whereever requdired (earth work in trenches and cost of joints to be measured and paid for separately including carriage in all leads and lifts complete in all respects of following nominal diameters. Providing and laying Cement Concrete work 1:2:4 ( 1 cement:2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in reinforced concrete and curing complete excluding cost of form work a) in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

b) Suspended floor roofs,landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever upto floor two level including cost and carriage of material with in all leads , lifts and other incidentials.

Appling priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and including prepairing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, dirt and other foreign matters sand papered knotting. Ready mixed pain brushing wood primer pink.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with readymixd paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foresign matter sand pepering and stopping with ready mixed paint. a) White paint.

Appling priming coat over new steel and other matel surfaces after and including prepairing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease, dirt and other foreign matters sand papered knotting Ready mixed pain brushing red oxide/zink oxide chrome.
