Supply of following size of 1.1 KV grade multicore aluminium conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable as per IS : 7098 : 1988 with upto date amendments.

Supply of following size ISI marked, HDPE pipe confirming to IS-4984-1995 with up to date amendments and confirming to tender’s technical specifications, terms & conditions i/c loading, unloading etc. complete as required.

(a) 40 mm (OD), PN-6, PE 80

Laying of 40mm /63mm size. HDPE/GI pipe in the soil / ground at depth of min 0.60 Mtrs including excavation, covering and refilling the trench, consolidation and making good the surface etc. complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. (a) Upto 35 sq. Mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. (a) Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. (a) 4 X 10 Sq.mm

Supplying & installation of Outdoor type Cable termination / looping box of minimum size 300mm x 450mm x 170mm suitable for Al. Armoured Cables termination made of thermoplastic polycarbonate having minimum IP65 protection alongwith clamp etc. complete as required. (Make Hansel or Equivalent).

Supplying and fixing of 30Amp, 4 way Bakelite Screw Terminal Connection Block in the existing cable termination / looping box complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. (a) SPN (10 Amps)

Providing and making advance maintenance free Chemical Gel Earthing of Single Pipe Technology (Copper) of 3mtrs length 50-63 mm dia filled with highly conducting metallic compounds with the permanent sealings at the both the ends and Top of the earth electrode shall be compressed to form an extended lead with 2 holes for connected the strip/wire and treated with 50 Kgs ground enhancing back filled chemicals including all earth work, masonary enclosure with bituminized CI pit cover etc. complete as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 10 Sq. mm Copper Wire in 20 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.
