Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Metre wide & not exceeding 1.5 Metre depth and getting out soft/disintegrated rock, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour broken stone or boulders Hardcore of gauge exceeding 63 mm but not exceeding 100mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 75mm thick Plain Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 60mm thick M-35 Grade Machine pressed precast concrete paver block of any colour any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 50mm thick Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour 10mm thick vitrified paving tile of area exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate as in floor of average 25 mm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour 40 mm thick (measured solid) ready made reinforced precast cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4,(12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) louvres and jallies, set in Cement Mortar 1:4, including all mouldings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Contractors are advised to visit the samples held in the office, before submitting tender.

Supply and fixing Ready made ornamental Precast reinforced cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) designer pillars (Size- 100mm x 100mm x 900 mm) having groove on two faces, for fixing louvres and jallies, set in Cement Mortar 1:4 on compound wall, complete all as approved and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The design of pillar, shall be got approved before bulk procurement . The tenders are advised to visit the site for sample.

Material and labour for porbandar stone masonry, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in Cement Mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth wiithout using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour Granules textured homogeneous wall finishing consisting of a two component system of Dry Granules (25 Kgs per pack) made of 92% silica Particles coated with fade resisteant pigments, 100% acrylic polymer bonding agent (5 Kgs per pack) with the applied thickness of the coating between 0.8mm -1.2mm on a cured, smooth level plaster without keying, as per the shades/combinations approved, to be applied by and approved applicator of the manufacturer, as per the directions/supervision of the Engineer-in-Charge. The above textured coating should confirm to surface spread of flame class one of BS 476 : Part 7 : 1971 and pull off strength of the coating meet JISA 6909 on smooth plastered surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100 % Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ltrs and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm all as per the manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in coping, bed block benching, kerbs, mud stop, rounded or chamferred on edges including necessary form work/moulds, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing precast cement concrete solid building blocks or slabs 10cm thick type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate) (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in Cement Mortar 1:4 as in Kerb stone, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated soil exceeding 500 Metre and not exceeding 1.50 Km depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm as in soft/disintegrated rock, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of excavated rocks exceeding 1.5 Km but not exceeding 5.0 Km and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 Metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, Testing and installation of Hand operated Manual system for forward and backward operation connected parallel to the main automation system which directly connected to the main motor installed in each leaves of hangar door. The manual operating system will couples to the main motor shaft through a bypass gear system vertically connected to the main shaft of motor with sprocket and roller chain system, complete all as specified of following specification. Connected Items:- 1. Top Chain sprocket of size 12". 2. Bottom chain sprocket 4" 3. 1" Chain 4. 204 No pedestal Autofabrication with ball bearing-2 Nos. 5. M 16 nut bolt 50mm long- 04 nos. 6. Main shaft with making shaft 7. Front socket. 8. M 16 nut bolt long 100mm-04Nos. 9. Angle 65x65x6 long 1200mm. 10. Moving handle Note:- 1. Cost included of all the material, cost of labour for welding etc. Any Item extra required to make the system operation is included in the quoted rate. Nothing extra will be paid to the Contractor. 2. The Contractor will submit a design drawing and duly approved from Engineer-in-charge before starting this work. 3. The work will be executed through reputed OEM's in Hangar door installation as mentioned in PS. 4. The entire work will be checked and tested for smooth working after installation by the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge & PMG.
