Taking down ceiling fan any type from hook and sealing cable and dismantling blades and removing to store for repair any make and sweep all as directed by Engr in charge and hanging ceiling fan in position after repair greasing etc. and painting and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose of connecter to fan flexible copper cable of size 23/00076 complete directed at site (Note: re-winding of fan and parts required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of sch 'A')

M & L for re-winding of ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep with super enamelled copper wire as per existing size/gauge

M & L for re-winding of ceiling fan 1400 mm sweep with super enamelled copper wire as per existing size/gauge

M & L for re-winding of exhaust fan 300mm to 450 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix condenser 2.5 Mfd including dismantling of unserviceable condenser, reconnection and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Havells / Tibcon / Seimens

Supply and fix including removing of unserviceable condenser and replacement with new condenser 4 Mfd (+) or (-) 10% of approved make including connecting soldering complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Havells/ Seimens/TIBCON

Supply and fix including dismantling, removing of unserviceable ball bearing (in ceiling fan) and replacement with original size ball bearing of following sizes and approved make to suit the respective make including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. : Make: Tata / NBC / SICF

Supply and fix in replacement of old unserviceable gun metal bushes for ceiling fans of same type, size and shape as per existing bushes of approved make complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for painting of complete ceiling fans, exhaust fans at site, with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (white/smoke grey) including writing of MES No. with black paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of clamp Heavy duty for hanging celing fan as per existing size including 2 No of Nuts bolts with lock pin rubber seal complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of Electronic fan regulator step type (5 Steps) 2module 100/120w ISI marked by removing old u/s resistance type fan regulator including necessary connection in existing laminated switch board by making necessary holes etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for tracing out the leakage from suction line, discharge line, evaporation condenser, filter, capilary tube by suitable method including brazing, welding, replacement of filter Strainer charging line and filling of gas R-22 in window type AC capacity 1.5/2 TR complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
