8515/E8 MAINT AND REPAIR/REPLACEMENT TO BRICK WORK, PLASTERING WORK, PCC FLOORING, LEAKAGE/SEEPAGE, ROOFING SHEET, CEILING, TILING OF WALL/FLOORING, ROOF TREATMENT, JOINERY, SANITARY AND PLUMBING WORKS INCLUDING INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION OF OFFRS ACCN

Attending complaints of leaking / unserviceable pillar cock, Wall mixer, WHB Mixer, bib taps,two way bib taps, stop valves, 15mm - 20mm dia for making it fully functional and leak proof by carefully including taking down, replacing minor unserviceable parts such as rubber washer, leather washers, jumpers brass 15mm - 20mm size complete all as directed and specified. Note: Major parts such as Spindles / phases of CP pillar cocks, wall mixer, WHB mixer,Two way bib taps,CP bib cocks , Angle cocks replaced if any shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item.

Attending complaints of leaking / unserviceable , low level flushing cisterns, PVC or chinaware for making it fully functional and leak proof by replacing the defective parts such as rubber washers,PVC levers, PVC/ CP knobs if required complete all as directed and specified.

Attending complaints of internal water supply pipes,fittings and bottle traps for removing of blockages etc of any description incl removing & clearing of air locks etc., by pressure pump or any other means including taking down and refixing of pipes & fittings and replacing old unserviceable pipes and fitting with new ones complete all as specified and as directed. Note: New GI pipes replaced if any shall be measured and paid under respective item of this schedule as S&F. This item includes for labour part only for removal of blockages of air lock etc.

Checking and Attending to welding work in repairs to steel windows, handles,door spring,iron frame of doors,rolling shutter garrages and other iron misc works, welding (run or spot welding as per site require maint) including replacement of defective items/material alongwith and including welding machine gloves ,welding glass welding rodany other tools required ,as per requirement ,complete all as specified and directed.

Checking and Attending to Carpenter work in repairs to Joinery ,(wooden/ steel/aluminium)of iron alumunium mongery , pelmet box ,door spring ,rooling shutter etc requring carpenter work and carrying out minor repair such as tighting of screw nails ,wire of false celling ,easening of joinery,door spring etc including replacement of glass panes,wire cloth to joinery or any defective items /materials complete all as specified and directed.

S&F brass spindle / phase for 15mm dia CP wall mixer, CP WHB mixer, CP two way bib taps,CP bib cocks/ CP pillar cocks / CP angle cocks etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Brass spindle / phase for 15mm dia CP concealed stop cocks etc complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass from metal frames incl punching or drilling out old glazing pins or spring clips and providing and fixing new ones where ever reqd all as directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F sheet glass ordinary quality 4.0mm thick and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in square not exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified.

S&F sheet glass ordinary quality 4.8mm thick and glazing with alluminium beads in square but exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified.
