Running maintenance of Pump House in different L.I. Schemes under Water Resource Sub Division Gonda Twisa under Dumburnagar and Raishyabari RD Block during the year 2025 26 SH Repairing of pump house in different L.I Schemes.

Demolishing brick work including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lifts and upto a lead of 50 m etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge:-

Removing mortar from brick and cleaning bricks including stacking bricks and disposal rubbish with all lifts and upto a lead of 50 m etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge:- a) Foundation and Plinth.

Labour charge for brick work with old brick of good condition including the cost of all materials.

Dismantling old plaster or pointing, raking out joints, cleaning and preparing the surface for re-plastering or re-pointing including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material with all lifts and upto 50 m lead etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge:-1 : 2 : 4 or richer mix.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cmin depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. -All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.-All kinds of soil

Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor, foundations etc. with sand (fine) from local quarry with all lifts including spreading in horizontal layers, watering, grading to required slope, ramming, consolidating and compacting each layer by using plate compactor or by any suitable method complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering -All work upto plinth level:1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

First class brick work in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete:-In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

First class brick work in superstructure above plinth level & upto floor-five level including cost of all materials as required complete:-In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in superstructure upto floor five level including cost of all materials as required complete:-In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Dismantling GS sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters wind ties etc. including dismembering and stacking of serviceable materials and unserviceable materials separately with all lifts and upto a lead of 50 m etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2s

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge.0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

Providing and fixing panelled / or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked bright finished / black enamelled M.S butt hinges with necessary screws excluding panelling and or glazing, which will be paid for separately but including the wooden beading of 20 × 12 mm for fixing panelling and or glazing as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.Local teak wood. 30 mm thick shutters

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position : Local Teak Wood

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and put up in position :Local Teak Wood

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. tower bolt black finish, (Barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete :200 x 10 mm

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. handles conforming to IS:4992 with necessary screws etc. complete :100 mm

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 fine sand : 6 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate) flooring finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, rounding of edges and strips etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] :

With ready mixed Pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work ( hard & soft wood ).

With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works.

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint ( one or more coats ) of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on old work including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge:-

12 mm cement plaster of mix.In cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand )
