SPECIAL REPAIRS REPLACEMENT OF OLD CONVENTIONAL LIGHT FITTING WITH ENERGY LEDS INCLUDING CONNECTED WORKS AT CURTAINS BUILDINGS AT AFA HYDERABAD

Taking down old sub-main wiring incl fixture & fittings etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit & making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting/dismantling of old existing un serviceable DB's any type/way 240/415 Volts with their old/un serviceable burnt MCCB/MCB's etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE for Item Nos 1 & 2 : Cost of making good the disturbed surfaces is deemed to be included in the unit quote rates.

M & L for sub-main wiring alongwith earth wire of size (2 x 1.5) sq. mm + (1 x 1.5) sq. mm earth wire, ISI marked, FRLS, PVC insulated, multi stranded, copper conductor, single core cable drawn through and including non-metallic PVC conduit (medium grade) of minimum size 20 mm dia with all fittings and accessories, PVC Clamps etc. ISI marked for conduits & sinkings for modular boxes & making good to walls, floors etc. complete all as specified & as directed to the entire satisfaction of Engr-In-Charge. Make of cable : Havells/Polycab/Finolex/KEI. Make of Conduit : Polycab/Finolex/Modi/Precision.

Description all as per Item No-03 here in before but of size (2 x 2.5) sq. mm + (1 x 2.5) sq. mm earth wire complete all as specified & as directed. NOTE for Item Nos 3 & 4 : 1) Two runs of PVC wire, One run of Earth wire & one run of PVC rigid conduit (medium grade) will be measured as one length. 2) Cost of Modular metal flush boxes (if any for junction inspection) is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. 3) Making good the disturbed surfaces is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. 4) Cost of PVC clamps/saddles of appropriate sizes with fixing screws for fixing on walls &/or PVC cable ties etc. for fixing on steel support members (if any) is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. 5) The wiring shall be done with proper colour coding using Red, Yellow & Blue Coloured wires only for Phase, Black for Neutral & Green for Earth Wire.
