Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches inside & outside of LH Tower of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, /Bosom Chair/Ladder/Safety Belts,scafolding including disposal of rubbish, all height of LH Tower complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Repairing to cracks in masonry walls inside & outside of LH Tower including racking out the joints in V shape,cleaning out,wetting,grouting with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement :3 river sand ) /Bosom Chair/Ladder/Safety Belts,scafolding including disposing the debris from the site etc,supply of all labours,materials,tools ,scaffolding and curing etc .complete for all heights.

Renewing glass panes and refixing existing wooden fillets Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm) above plinth level including cost of supply of all labours, materials, tools & plants, scaffolding ,curing,ladder and all other charges etc. complete for all height.

Providing and fixing AL. fittings (Heavy duty of approved ISI brand of anodic coating not less than grade AC10 as per IS:1868) for doors,windows,ventilators,cupboards of shutters and as wherever directed (with brass screws including removing of old ones) including removing damaged fittings with disposing unserviceable materials from the site etc for all heights of LH Tower including supply of all materials tools,labours & plants etc complete as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper/water proofing cement paint by scrapping,sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete at all heights including cost ofall labours,materials,scaffolding ,transportation,ladder all height of LH Tower etc as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, (Asian/ Berger) over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete..including cost of supply of all labours, materials, tools & plants, scaffolding ,curing,ladder and all other charges etc. completefor all height of LH Tower.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture (Asian/ Berger) to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer inside surface of Lighthouse Tower including filling the holes, applying putty wherever required, priming at all heights of lighthouse tower all as per standard specification including supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings etc complete.

Painting to lighthouse tower to the exterior on existing painted surface with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour( Berger Luxol Higloss/Asian paint Apcolite) in alternate bands after scrapping ,removing the worn out paint , cleaning, preparing the surface at all heights all as per standard specifications and as directed including supply of all materials,scaffolding/Bosom Chair/Ladder/Safety Belts, labours, tools, rope, etc. complete.

Providing and Fixing of LH Top Hand railing of GI Pipe of “C” Class Heavy duty “TATA/JINDAL” Brand as per drawing of specified size /shape ,including proper finishing of welding joints,applying one coat of anti corrosive primer coat ,transporting and fixing in position (in line and level) of cement concrete 1:1:2 (1 cement :1river sand:2 coarse aggregate (12 mm down chips )),in pillars,curing as directed by engineer-in-charge. including cost of supply of all labours,materials,tools& plants,curing ,scaffolding and all others charges etc. complete for all height of LH Tower.

Providing wood work in frames of windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).Second class teak wood including cost of supply of all labours, materials, tools & plants, scaffolding ,ladder and all other charges etc. complete for all height Of LH Tower.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws,Second class teak wood, including removing damaged fitting and Disposing unserviceable materials from the site etc,Second class teak wood including cost of supply of all labours, materials, tools & plants, scaffolding ,ladder and all other charges etc. complete for all height of LH Tower.

Painting two coats on previously painted metal surfaces with 1st qauality Synthetic Enamel paint of approved brand ( Asian/ Berger) to give an even shade after scarping, sand papering, cleaning, washing, preparing the surface etc. as directed including supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings, and all other charges etc. completefor all height.

Polishing with touch wood/french polish of approved brand ( Asian/ Berger) on newly polished wood & wood based surface to give an even surface after throughly brushing the surface with sand paper,scrappers to remove all dirts spots loose pieces of scales cleaning ,preaparing the surface and filling the holes by with wood filler etc.including supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings, and all other charges etc. completefor all height.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3( 1 cement:1.5 course river sand:3 stone aggregate 20mm down gauge) for R.C.C works as per instruction & direction including mixing,laying ,levelling and consolidation with required vibrator,curing,excluding centering ,shuttering and reinforcement including ,scaffolding as directed including cost of all materials,labours,tools &plants transportation,scaffolding etc.complete. for all height.
