SSI, Design & Drawing including proof checking by IIT or NIT and approval by B&TnlDte of HQ DBGR, construction of 165 (40m+85m+40m) mtr span prestressed concrete balanced Cantilever type super structure Maj Pmt Bridge including both abutments on open foundation and both piers on well foundation, bottom pluging of well, provision of well cap, piers cap, abutments cap, dirt wall to abutments, approach slab on both side approaches, Sub Soil Investigations for both abutments, both piers at Km 0.030 on ARNP road, under Project Rohtang Tunnel in Himachal Pradesh State to class 70R loading, double lane specifications, as per NIT drawing and based on hydraulic data, ground data,sub soil data, special conditions and particular specifications of the tender document, including casting of foundation wells, sub structure of abutments, piers along with thier foundations, erection of staging/ shuttering, false work for staging, placing of POT & POT cum PTFE bearings, casting of prestressed concrete super structure and slab decking, wearing coat having non skid surface in uniform thickness, strip seal expansion joint, RCC crash barriers,footpaths, kerbs, RCC hand rails, drainage spout, load testing of super structure of bridge, services arrangement for utilities, painting of all exposed steel works,painting on kerb& railing ,footpath etc.protection works, temporary river training works and diversion, all other items of works required and neccessary for the complete construction of the bridge including curing, and site clearance after completion of bridge in all respect.
APPROACH ROAD
Design & Drawing including proof checking by IIT or NIT and approval by Accepting officer for construction of Reinforced Earth wall, Lined drain, Breast wall, formation cutting/ filling to NHDL specifications, 20 mtr on manali side, 400 mtrs on Leh side approach, Reinforced Earth wall of RCC M20 grade concrete of length 17 mtr x 2, heigth as per site requirement on manali side approach and length 400 mtr x 1, height as per requirement on Leh side approach to retain formation filling /earth work, lined drain 400mtr on Leh side, Breast wall 400mtr length and 2mtr height on Leh side, center line and edge marking on bridge deck slab and both side approach road, surfacing work on both side for 20M length on manali side and 400 mtr length on Leh side approach to NHDL specification with paved shoulders having overall crust thickness of 565 mm in layers consisting of non Frostsusceptable stone base(NFSSB) 150x2mm thick, crushed stone base (CSB) 150mm thick, Dense Bitumineous Macadam 75mm thick and bitumineous concrete (BC) 40 mm thick. All specifications will be as per IRC/MoRT&H specification
Earth work in embankment above 1.5 mtr height in plain area (upto 3.00 mtr)

Non FrostSusceptable Stone Base (NFSSB) 15 cm thick as per IRC/MoRT&H specification latest revision

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.2 m width and 1.5 m depth in soil/soil mixed with boulders (SMB), including dressing bottom and sides getting out and disposing all excavated material lead upto 6 m and lift upto 1.5 m. (by manual means)
Hard core comprising of broken road metal size 5 cm graded downwards spread in layers not exceeding 15 cm including watering,ramming and finishing to required level and gradient including cost of stone metal.
Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 sand: 8 stone aggregate of size 4cm graded downwards) in foundation or elsewhere (excluding the cost of centering/shuttering).
Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 stone aggregate size 4cm graded downwards) in foundation or elsewhere (excluding the cost of centering/shuttering).
Reinforced Cement concrete M-20 nearly corresponding to nominal mix, 1 cement: 1.5 sand: 3.0 stone aggregate. of size 20 mm graded downward. (excluding the cost of reinforcement & centering/shuttering)
Centering/Shuttering (Steel) including strutting, propping and removal of formwork (considering 10 times to be used).
Providing/laying of weep holes of size 4"x4"x1Mtr using PVC pipe 4" dia with PCC 1:4:8
Laying reinforcement including cutting bending, binding, providing hooks overlaps etc bars upto 12 mm (labour only).
