Cutting uprooting and clearing jungles including shrubs, water weeds, bushes, trees, plants, upto 30 cm. girth including removing as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supplying Jhaw / Eucalyptus bullah piles at work site, including dressing and making one end pointed. (iii) 15 cm av. Diameter Note: Diameter of pile to be measured at a distance of 1.5m from the thicker end.

Labour for driving Jhaw / Eucalyptus bullah piles by monkey in all sorts of soil including hoisting and placing piles in position, protecting the pile head with iron ring and cutting and shaping heads before and after driving and including hire and labour for necessary driving appliances and all tackles. iii) 15 cm av. Diameter Note:1) Payment to be made on the length driven into the ground. Diameter to be measured at 1.5m. from the thicker end.

Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil for making embankments, repairs to the embankment, closing breaches etc. as per profile including supply and transporting the earth by truck or tractor or any other mechanical means on land , including loading, transporting, unloading and stacking with all lifts bothways and head load where necessary and depositing the same on embankments, clannels, filling depressions in requisite profile, levelling as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge within a lead of E) Beyond 4.00 km and upto 5.00 km, NB :- Measurement to be taken on the basis of stack measurement / prepost work section measurement after deduction of void as per norms. No extra payment will be made for stacking.

Supplying Nylon cage netting 1 metre x 1 metre x 1 metre size with knot having mesh size 17.5 cm x 17.5 cm constructed with nylon thread (210x 24) having tensile strength not less than 250 Kg. / sq. cm. including carriage, delivery and stacking at site inclusive of all taxes complete.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (i) Pakur Variety.Cement:PPC/PSC/OPС 33.

First class Brick work in cement sand mortar in steining of well, pier, abutment, wing wall, parapets cross drain. H.P. culverts, guard wall etc. including curing, scaffolding, raking out joints etc. complete including cost and carriage of all materials. (a) In 1:4 proportion. Recommended type of Cement :OPC 33 /PSC / PPC

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (ii) With 1:4 cement mortar (b) 15 mm thick plaster. Cement: PPC/PSC/OPC 33.

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed.

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m.

Supplying to site empty cement polythene bags (capacity 50kg) in good condition including stacking, incedental charges etc. all complete(capacity 50 kg).

Labour charges for filling empty cement gunny bag / polythene bag (capacity 50 kg) with all kinds of earth (wet or dry), sand or agreegates(stone / brick) and sewing as done in case of cement bags ,(tying with a knot after filling will not be accepted ) , and stacking within a lead of 30 metre as per direction of Engr-in-charge (cost is excluding the cost of any types of filling materials). NB:- Volume of earth/ sand filled bags should not be less than 0.028 cum/ bag.

Dumping in position earth / sand filled gunny / poly bags (capacity 50 kg) within a lead of 30 metre inclusive of all lifts.

Taking out Jhaw / Eucalyptus piles from river bed or from elsewhere including carrying, stacking materials in the nearest stack yard. (a) Up to 17.5 cm. diameter

Labour charges for dumping and placing in position properly filled in Nylon crates with filled in gunny / poly cement bags (minimum 25 nos. having capacity 50 kg) with local earth or sand, sewing and tying the crate with nylon wire within a lead of 150 m. and all lifts in river slope or bed by cutting trenches upto 50 cms depth, if necessary, or by boat including cost of hire charges of boat, boatmen and other necessary equipments and also including cost of bags, carriage and charge of filling bags with earth / sand but excluding cost of nylon crate as per direction of the Engineer – in – Charge. NB:- Volume of each earth/ sand filled bags should not be less than 0.028 m3. Size of Nylon crate is 1metre X 1metre X 1metre. (a) Where boats are not necessary.

Removing earth/sand filled poly bags/gunny bags from the channel bed/slope and initially depositing the same near channel bank at a place as directed by the Engineer-in Charge for measurement of Bag. & then disposing off the same at a distance not less than 150 metre from the channel site.

Patching of damaged concrete surface with polymer concrete (25 mm nominal thick) and curingcompounds, initiator and promoter, available in present formulations, to be applied as per instructions of manufacturer and as approved by the Enginee in charge.

Sealing of crack /porous concrete with Epoxy Grout by injection through nipples complete as per clause2803.1

Applying epoxy mortar (10 mm nominal thick) over leached, honey combed and spalled concrete surface and exposed steel reinforcement complete as per Technical specification.

Earthwork from borrow pits over existing embankment or for repairs to embankment, closing breaches etc. within an initial lead of 30 metre and lift of 1.50 metre including breaking clods and depositing the same inlayers not exceeding 25 cm. and rough dressing etc. complete as per profile.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in Sub-structure including initial stralghtening, straightening of coils bars, removalof loose rust (if any), cutting to requisite length bending, binding with annealed wire not less than 1 mm in size and conforming to I5280 at every intersection hooked and bent to correct shape and placed on forms etc. including cost of black annealed wire and cost ofloading, unloading, carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical specifications and direction of Engineer-incharge.Steel Materials . 2(ii)b. Tor Steel rods/ HYSD bars / TMT bars (ISW/ JSPL/Shyam/SRMB//SSL/BMASL/Electrosteel) (Fe 415/Fe 500 /Fe 500D, conforms to IS:1786)

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface oldor new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EC. In Ground Floor: (b) Two Coats

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-inCharge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. In Ground floor (Two Coat). c) Super Protective 100% Acrylic Emulsion.

SUPPLY OF DIFFERENT MATERIALS AS PER APPROVED SPECIFICATION. Supply of Silver Sand Stacked at site. (The above rates are inclusive of all charges such as Royalty, Supervision Charges etc. and also includeallowance for sinkage as applicable, and/or shrinkage.Rates for Sand is complete rates at site and no othercosts need to be considered.)
