SPECIAL REPAIRS OF OLD / UNSERVICEABLE STREET / SECURITY LIGHTS INCLUDING AREA LIGHTINING AND ASSOCIATED AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS AT AFA HYDERABAD

External Electrification :- Dismantling cross-arms of MS channel or angle sections complete & setting aside for credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling ACSR or AAC conductors complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 11000 volts grade (Earthed), of size 95 sqmm, 3 core in trenches / through GI pipe / fixed along with pole structure etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- HAVELLS/GLOSTER/FINOLEX/POLYCAB.

Supply and laying in trenches/through pipes or bare in road crossings/ paths /drains /ducts /floors /along poles/ walls/ ceilings/ equipments etc. Cable Under ground, armoured, XLPE insulated with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area, 4.0 Core 35 Sqmm incl connecting with suitable glands, lugs etc acomplete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Havells/Finolex/Polycab/Gloster.

Supply and laying in trenches/through pipes or bare in road crossings/ paths /drains /ducts /floors /along poles/ walls/ ceilings/ equipments etc. Cable Under ground, armoured, XLPE insulated with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area, 4.0 Core 25 Sqmm incl connecting with suitable glands, lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Havells/Finolex/Polycab/Gloster. NOTE for Item Nos 4 to 6 :- 1) Necessary earthwork etc. shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items of work. 2) Quoted rate is deemd to be inclusive of fixing/placing of Cable Route Indicator of type/size as appoved by the Engr-In-Charge at an interval of not more than 50.0 meters & at each & every bend or corner with engraved marking e.g. " MES HT CABLE 95 SQMM 3 CORE & MES LT CABLE 35/25 SQMM 4 CORE " in bold letters during refilling of the trench complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting the existing hardstanding/PCC/WBM road/rocky surfaces at a depth of not less than 75 cm & 30 cm in width for passing of HT cables through GI pipes, returning filling in, complete incl finishing the surfaces by providing cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) with 20 mm graded aggregate upto 20 cm, finishing to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches by mechanical means n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for laying of pipe and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item Sl No - 10 here in before but exc 1.5m & n.exc 3.0 m in depth complete all as specified & as directed. NOTE for Item No 8 to 10 :- 1) The requirement of JCB (if any) for cutting the hard standing/PCC/WBM road surface or during earthwork is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. 2) If any damage to any Cable of Air Force/BSNL/MES etc. or to any Pipe lines develops/occurs during execution of the works then the same shall be made good by the Contr to the entire satisfaction of the concerned Dept/Section & the costs of the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. 3) Quoted rate is also deemed to be inclusive of clearing/removing/cutting of vegetation/tree branches/small to medium plantings/bushes etc. so as to facilitate successful completion of the work. No extra/addl payment shall be allowed to the Contr in this regard. 4) The contractor/firm is required to visit the site prior to quoting of the subject items/ work so as to ascertain the actual ground requirements. Any further query at a later date shall not be entertained & responsibility of the same shall rest on the contractor/ firm.
