Use and removal of steel formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick [horizontal or sloping] including fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild Steel work conforming to Fe - 290, Grade E-165 as in Bands, Straps, Supports or Stays for Rainwater, Ventilating Pipes, including Bolts, if required, Hooks [Stay], heavy, for Large Gates, Hook and Pintle Hinges, large Hasps and Staples, Chains, hand made Sliding Bolts, Clamps, Hold Fasts, Wall Ties, Hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of AC Sheets [Corrugated or Semi Corrugated etc] as in roof covering including ridges, hips, valleys and flashings complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F pre-painted Galvalume steel sheets of Trapezoidal profile having pitch 190mm, depth 29mm or Tiled Profile and thickness 0.45mm [Galvalume base-PPGL trapezoidal profile sheets], having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, fixed with aluminium self tapping screws, neoprene and EPDM washers of suitable size in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Overlap shall be provided as specified by the manufacturer.

S & F pre-painted Galvalume steel Plain Sheets and thickness 0.45mm [Galvalume base-PPGL Sheets], having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing cut to length & bent to shape, girth sheets fixed with aluminium self tapping screws and neoprene and EPDM washers of suitable size in roof covering / cladding / eves trim / rake trim and closure trim / valley rain water gutter / down spouts and top rafters etc. complete all as specified.

Dismantling Timber Scantlings 40 Sq.cm and over in section, in any position, framed complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Rolled Mild Steel work conforming to Fe 410-W, Grade-E- 250, Quality-A as in Roof Trusses [framed], trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing [Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections] including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Rolled Mild Steel work conforming to Fe 410-W, Grade-E- 250, Quality-A as in Main and Cross Beams, Hip and Jack Rafters, Purlins where connected to common rafters, and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Rolled Mild Steel work conforming to Fe 410-W, Grade-E- 250, Quality-A as in Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings [exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides] and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide / Zinc Chrome Primer on new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 5 KM but not exceeding 15 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surface of ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound [ISI marked] of approved make.

M & L for Two coats of Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion Paint [100% Acrylic] by using auto roller/ airless sprayer over a Coat of Exterior Primer of same manufacturer as that of paint on newly plastered walls/ ceiling, pillasters, bands, borders, soffits of chajjas and projections including necessary preparation of surfaces by using vacuum based sanding machine complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment of any description on wall surfaces by using vacuum based sanding machine and applying upto 1mm thick Cement based Wall Care Putty by using multipurpose mixture for proper mixing of putty and putty sprayer for application of putty on walls, pillasters, bands, borders, soffits of chajjas and projections including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying Two coats of Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion Paint [100% Acrylic] by using auto roller/ airless sprayer over one coat of exterior primer on wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered Wall surfaces by using vacuum based sanding machine and applying two coats of Plastic emulsion paint by using auto roller/airless sprayer, over a coat of alkali resistant primer over two or more coats of Cement based Wall Care Putty on walls by using multipurpose mixture for proper mixing of putty and putty sprayer for application of putty including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the Wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered Wall surfaces by using vacuum based sanding machine and applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper by using auto roller/airless sprayer, over a coat of alkali resistant primer over two or more coats of Cement based Wall Care Putty on walls by using multipurpose mixture for proper mixing of putty and putty sprayer for application of putty including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the Wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Floor, Hearth or Wall Tiling of any description including Cement Mortar bedding [but not backing] and removing serviceable tiles to the stores and removing rubbish / debris to a distance exceeding 5 KM but not exceeding 15 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Unreinforced Cement Concrete in ground floors and Pavings not exceeding 15cm thick [below or above ground level] and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 5 KM but not exceeding 15 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brick / Stone Masonry built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 5 KM but not exceeding 15 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, Type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Vitrified Tiles, Double Charged, Coloured, Premium Quality, of size not exceeding 0.36 Sq.m, 10 mm thick as in Floors, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M & L for wall cladding with 25 to 30mm thick natural stone of any pattern and size, as in curved Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado, etc., set and jointed with adhesive / polymer in neat cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious joint filler to match the shade of the stone over backing coat of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade / size / design of stones shall be as approved by GE.

M & L for Granite Stone Slabs of 18 to 20 mm thick of Colour Mexican Red / Ruby Red / Z Black / Pearl Black as in Floors, Treads of Steps, Window Cills, Platforms, counters and the like with machine cut edges, Table rubbed and prepolished to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, granite stone slabs shall be of design / pattern as directed, including inlays, borders, margins in two or more colours / shades, designs / patterns of stone slabs, set and bedded with grey cement [slurry] and jointed and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the Granite Slabs including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Single stone slab shall be used for entire Width and Length of Steps, Window Cills, Platforms, counters, etc. and joints shall match with the flooring. The edges of slabs shall be bull nosed / half rounded. The treads and landings shall be provided with three Nos of grooves at the edges.

M & L for Taking down Ceiling Fan of any description from its position and refixing the same after repairs to buildings, at same place or at new place including connecting up with three core PVC insulated, sheathed flexible copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sq.mm, replacement of Spares such as Capacitor 2.5 Mfd, Bearings, Shaft Bushes, Capacitor, Cotter Pin, Clamps, Rubber Bushes, Nuts & Bolts etc. as required and also including cleaning, greasing and spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of zinc chrome primer after filling cavities with filler and complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Aluminium Strip of size 25 X 3.15 mm, fixed to walls / columns / beams etc with Saddles or porcelain blocks of 10mm thick spaced at 1.00m centre to centre including making grooves and fixing with brass screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Hylam sheet block shall be in two pieces each 10mm thick, one fixed to base with brass screws and the other fixed over it with brass screws after fixing aluminium strip in the groove provided.

S & F in repairs Earth continuity Conductor or main earthing lead made of GI Strip of size 25 X 4mm, fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation including drawing through GI Pipe for earthing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Single Pointed Air Termination Aluminium Rod, 12 mm dia and 300 mm long including necessary fasteners fixed for Lighting Protection with necessary connections to earthing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Test Point Terminal Box of size 200 X 100 X 100mm made out of 2mm thick hot dip galvanised sheet, drilled and screwed including 6 Nos 15mm long hexagonal head screws complete with Test Point Terminal Block made of Gun Metal or Phosphorus Bronze of size 75 X 75 X 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with Galvanised Steel Earth Plate Electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level] with top edge of Plate not less than 1.50 m below normal ground level connected to 32 X 6mm GI Strip [Earth Lead] and GI pipe 50 mm, Medium Grade for earthing lead protection to the extent of maximum 7.5m, Earth Plate Electrode surrounded by 150mm thick packed layers of Charcoal and Common Salt filled in alternate layers, connected to the Plate by means of GI Bolts & Nuts complete all as per Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I, connected to panel / DB including testing on completion including main earthing, Charcoal, Common Salt, PCC [1:2:4, Type B1] Pit with RCC 1:2:4, Type B1 Cover, 50 mm thick with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia TMT bars in both ways, MS frame made with 40 X 40 X 6 mm Angle Iron, MS Funnel with 20 mm bore, medium grade GI Watering pipe, wire mesh, earth work excavation, return filling, removal of surplus soil etc. and disconnecting and taking down existing Earthing of any description complete all as specified and as directed.
