Repairing of plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of 2.2 sq. meter and under including cutting the patch in proper shap: making out joints, preparing and plastring the surface of the walls complete including disposal of debris of the dumping ground with cement mortor 1:4
Repairing of 14 inch x 3 inch slab Top and column of Boundary walls at different location by removing of damaged RCC column by mechanical or hydraulic means . Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost ofcentering,shuttering, finishing and reinforcement (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) complete in all respect
Removing old white or colour wash by scrapping using sand paper and preparing the surface smooth and cleaning the help of water including necessary repairs of scratches etc. of Boundry Walls from in side.
Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm (of approved make or manufacturer) over the plastered wall sueface to make the surface even and smooth.
Supply and application of two coats of best quality Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade in inner surface of walls of inside of Boundry wall at 220KV S/s Mahuakheraganj. Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm, cost of all material, labour & T&P etc. complete in all respect
