S/R to Pakalamaha to Prahadpanga Road for the year 2026-27

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegitation,grass,bushes,shurbs,saplings and trees grith up to 300 mm,removal of stumps of trees cut erlier and disposal of unsreviceable materials

Providing & laying good quality of moorum in sub-base in layers not exceding 22.5 cm watering and compaction including hire and running charges of PRR etc complete.

Providing,laying,spreading & compacting stone aggregate using IRC Gr-III size Granite metal WBM specification including spreading in uniform specification,thikness,hand packing,Rolling with Three roller 8-10 ton in stages to proper grade & camber, applying & Brooming requsite type of sreening binding material as crusher dust to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, Watering & compacting to the required desnsity as for clause 404 of MoSRT & H specification

Providing and Primer coat with bitumen Emulsion(S.S-1)using emulsion pressure distributer at the rate of 0.60 kg per Sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per MoRTH specification CL-503.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion(R.S-1) over prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface using emulsion pressure distributer at the rate of 0.30 kg per Sqm with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes and machineries required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge Over Granular Base (3 Kg/10 Sqm)

Over BT Surface (2 Kg/10 Sqm)

Providing Surface dressing with 12 Kg penetration grade of bitumen and 0.15 Cum of 19 mm nominal size chips per Sqm & Rolling with PRR including hire & running charges of PRR but excluding cost and conveyance of chips. (To be used for minor repair works Units= Sqm)

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects.
