Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.50m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding thick 25cm as in soils.

M & LSand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and as consolidation for interlocking paver blocks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removal of excavated soils to a distance n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point, all as specified.

M&L Pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in cover slabs set in cement Mortar 1:4 and finished all exposed surfaces of concrete even and fair without using extra cement.

M & L Block in course stone masonry (porbandar stone), built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

S&F Mild steel work as in posts/struts in fencing including cutting, tops to shape as directed, drilling holes notching for wire etc, complete conforming toFe-290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified.

S & F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered/welded or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; Square Bar, Flat Iron, barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; cutting, welding , framework of water tanks and similar work con-forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 in Existing grill work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Mild steel TMT bars 10 dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Dismantling of GI barbed wire fencings fixed in RCC/Steel fencing posts complete all as specified & as directed.

S & F Epoxy coated (pre-painted) Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed, fixed in repair.

M & L 100 mm thick cement concret type C-2 (1 : 3 : 6, 40 mm gaded stone aggregate) as in floor repairs, sub base similar work complete all as specified

M & L 75 mm thick cement concret type B-2 (1 : 2 : 4, 40 mm gaded stone aggregate) as in floor finishes, plinth protection finished fair and evens complete all as specified

M & L 40 mm thick cement concret type B-1 (1 : 2 : 4, 20 mm gaded stone aggregate) as in floor finishes finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M & L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks 80mm thick any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete and interstices filled with sand complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

All as per item No.20 above, but 60mm Thick, M35 Grade.

M&L Coloured Chequred cement concrete tiles 300 X 300 X 25 mm thick glossy finish, factory made set, jointed and pointed with neat cement slurry with as in floor including 20mm thick cement mortar screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M & L 15mm thick Rendering on brick ,concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement and similar likes at any height including necessary scafolding etc complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M & L Preparation of new plastered/concrete surfaces of walls applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion (weather proof treatment) over one coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed ( The tint and shade be as approved by the GE).

(Note : The Contractor will write date of cleaning on tank as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.)

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement mortar 1:2:4 type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) smooth finished and reforming, benching as required , internal dia of pipe 150mm.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware) AC or reinforced concrete, set in cement mortar; internal dia of pipe 150mm.

Demolition of stone masonry built in cement mortar of any description all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Excavation in trenches for working in position for desilting, removing silt, brick bats, debris, liquid waste, sludge in solid/semi solid state from manholes of any capacity including pumping out sludge and removing through closed tanker mounted on mechnical transport , plugging /diverting the flow in the drain, if necessary and stacking the removed silt/sludge in depositing away from the edge of manholes as directed, including use of safety belt, dry cells torch for lighning in side manholes, and taking down similar precautionary measures and removing the sludge/spoil etc to out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-The contractor should take necessary precautions to avoid inconvinous to user's of the area. At the end of day work, the manhole covers should be placed back in position to avoid accidental fall of men/animals etc in the manholes.

Excavation in trenches for working in position for desilting, removing silt, brick bats, debris, liquid waste, sludge in solid/semi solid state from septic tanks of any capacity including pumping out sludge and removing through closed tanker mounted on mechnical transport plugging /diverting the flow in the drain, if necessary and stacking the removed silt/sludge in depositing away from the edge of manholes as directed, including use of safety belt, dry cells torch for lighning in side manholes, and taking down similar precautionary measures and removing the sludge/spoil etc to out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L Cleaning of underground sump of the following capacity by bailing out the water in the sump below foot valve level, removing the sludge and scale out the floors, walls etc. removing green algae, with wire brush by applying bleaching powder, washing the surfaces with fresh potable water including removal of sludge and other materials to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Underground sump of capacity 10000 Glns.

Underground sump of capacity 20000 Glns.

Cleaning of Overhead Reservoir of capacity 20000 Glns on 18Mtrs staging by scraping the inside walls by wire brush complete including removal of all sludge / silt and dirty water inside and cleaning the sump with fresh water by adding bleaching powder for infection and removing the chlorinated water afterwards including white washing with one coat of lime and writing the details of tank cleaning as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Opening and Cleaning of obstruction/blockage in water closet, including trap, soil waste pipe, upto Ist manhole in case of ground floor or uptoTee junction for other floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Opening and Cleaning of obstruction/blockage in floor trap for urinal or wash hand basin or sink incl waste pipe and gully trap in case of of ground floor and Tee cross junction for other floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Desiliting of the existing drain/sewage line of any size such as removal of clay/ mud, junk material , plastic or biological waste , vegitation & soil etc & removal of the same from the site to a distance n.exc 500m & depositing where directed the material colleted from the drains incl muck has to be dumped in near by excavated pits & covered with soil & made good, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F In repairs of Concertina coil punched tape manufactured from 2.60mm dia high tensile spring steel wire, dia of each concertina coil being @ 610 mm and the height of the coil when stretched shall be approximately @ 500mm duly tied to barbed wire with and incl provision of steel clips @ 5 clips per spiral in one row complete with zink coating includiing removal of vegetation/bushes if any surroundng the concertina coil/barbed wire all as directed.

S & F Basket ball powder coated hoop or ring of size 18" (internal dia) made of high tensile carbon steel of wire rod of size 5/8" dia (Min) with back plate of the rim made from 3/16" thick steel plate with net suspended from hoop, and fixing accessories as per instrucitonal standards all as specified by FIBA..

M&L Preparation and application of Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow etc. all as per manufacturers instructions and specifed and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Making good pot holes in existing cement concrete pavements by cutting out portion around the potholes with mechanical equipment to regular shape and size 20 to 25 mm in depth removing loose materials to a distance exc. 50 m but not exc. 100 m and cleaning the cut out portion with compressed air to remove all foreign materials like dust, dirt, aggregates etc priming the proposed potholes with epoxy resin primer and filling with epoxy resin mortar complete all as spd & directed.

Repair/ servecing / easing of hanger steel gate shutter (not exceeding 4.00 m wide and 10.00 m hieght) sliding/ rolling over wheels (minimum 06 Nos) on track at floor and with rollers (minimum 08 nos) at top with following specifictions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. :- (i) Servicing of existing ball bearings mounted at both sides by claening, greasing etc. complete all as specified and directed. (ii) Cleaning, greasing and strengthening of tracks by minor welding fixed over floor and minor realignment of track, inposition, without taking out tracks at both ends if required. (iii) Minor welding of guide bracket and other strutural steel members of gate as required.
