Terminal Arrangement: [i] HV & LV Side: Cable Box [ii] Quad furcating cable box with five compression glands for PVC Cable and One additional neutral terminal shall be brought out separately for earthing purpose on LV Side [iii] First filling of new and unused Transformer Oil [IS-335 Marked], filtered and tested up to 60KV dielectric strength at 2.5mm air gap between testing electrodes. Certification of dielectric strength shall be submitted by the Contractor after filling the oil. [iv] Apart from routine tests mentioned in these tender documents and relevant IS, pre-commissioning inspection of Transformer shall be carried out by Senior Electrical Inspector/Electrical Inspector. [v] All necessary arrangements with devices for measuring the temperature of core winding and oil [vi] The drawings of the transformer should be approved by the accepting officer before placing order. [vii] Factory Acceptance test to be done by the rep of accepting officer before shipment of the Transformer

Supply, laying, connecting and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured. HT electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 Volts grade (Earth Grade) with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm x 3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F Cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, laid as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & laying LT XLPE insulated armoured, heavy duty electric power cables with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional Area 300 Sqmm x 3.5 Core laid in trenches/ducts/ on wall / passing through pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.
